This research tried to compare the level of farmers’ livelihood vulnerability to flooding in Sukoharjo and Klaten. Farmers are the most susceptible caused by climate change. The data used in this research are primary data, collected by interviewing 61 respondents who are farmers in the Sonorejo Village, Sukoharjo Regency and 72 respondents in the Jiwo Wetan Village, Klaten Regency. This data obtained by using non-probability sampling technique with purposive methods. Meanwhile mapping for hazard level was analysed by using Geographic Information System (GIS). Descriptive statistic was used for the livelihood vulnerability index’s (LVI) and the LVI-Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s (IPCC) index calculation. The results show that the farmers’ livelihood vulnerability in the Sonorejo Village is medium level because of climate change based on the LVI index value at 0.363 and LVI-IPCC index value at 0.044. Meanwhile, the Jiwo Wetan Village has a lower index in LVI at 0.344 and LVI-IPCC index value at 0.038. Areas with similar physical characteristic and most of its community have a dependence on agriculture tend relatively the same level of vulnerability.
AbstrakPerawat merupakan petugas kesehatan dengan presentasi terbesar dan memegang peranan penting dalam pemberian pelayanan kesehatan. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya perawat berisiko mengalami gangguan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko K3 pada perawat di instalasi gawat darurat (IGD) Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. H. Soemarmo Sosroatmodjo dalam rangka mencari upaya pengendalian risiko yang tepat sehingga perawat terhindar dari kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja. Penelitian mixed method telah dilakukan pada seluruh perawat di IGD yang berjumlah 20 orang (total sampling), penilaian risiko mengacu pada standar AS/NZS 4360:2004 tentang Risk Management. Untuk mengkaji likelihood, exposure, dan consequence digunakan pedoman wawancara dan job hazard analysis form. Penilaian tingkat risiko mengacu pada rumus dan tabel "William Fine". Disimpulkan, bahaya level terbesar diperoleh pada tindakan memasang infus berupa risiko tertusuk jarum suntik, terpapar darah pasien, posisi tubuh yang salah, terpapar virus hepatitis, dan low back pain. Nilai Consequences (C), Exposure (E), dan Likelihood (L) pada tindakan ini adalah C:5, E:6, dan L:6. Rumah sakit disarankan untuk melakukan upaya pengendalian lebih lanjut sesuai dengan hirarki pengendalian K3.Kata kunci: Analisis risiko, instalasi gawat darurat, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, perawat.

A 3-star and 4-star rated hotel, what do they mean? Are there significant perceived differences between the ratings? This research work investigates on what customers think of the quality of service of 3-Star and 4-Star hotel using SERVQUAL measures. In spite of the criticality of service quality, there are still misunderstanding about the perception of quality of service between the hotel and their customer, where research has shown that many service organizations develop their own perception of customer needs. The respondents for this study were the customers of the 3 and 4 stars hotels. Data were collected through a self-administered survey SERVQUAL questionnaire distributed to the respondents based on convenient random sampling method. Data were then analyzed statistically using the linear regression and independent t-Test from the SPSS package to determine how service quality is related to hotel guest's satisfaction, and the differences between 3-Star and 4-Star hotel respectively. Practical business strategy implications of this study are highlighted.
