Enterprises have difficulty in managing their supply chain as the World has become a single market because of rapid growth in information systems and technologies. In this sense, Industry 4.0 has become popular in recent years as a result of seeking ways to manage supply chain more effectively. Consequently, enterprises are getting prepared to move from the 3rd Industrial Revolution to the 4th Industrial Revolution. Identification of the factors affecting the success of enterprises in this transition process and understanding the effects of these factors are important in terms of the effectiveness of the process of transition to Industry 4.0. In this study, firstly literature review was carried out to determine critical success factors in the processes of transition to Industry 4.0. Then, these factors were evaluated by decision makers of a German company which is located in İzmir, is a global producer in the textile sector and has initiated the Industry 4.0 processes. All data was evaluated using the DEMATEL method in order to analyze the success factors affecting the enterprise's process of transition to the industry 4.0.
