Women had been one of the ignored servants in the countries of South Asia. Being critical a part of the society thru performing critical position in her own circle of relatives such as in their homes and different additives of lifestyles women haven’t were given the due popularity, probable due to reason of their smaller/disregarded monetary autonomy, giving preferences to son, particularly in their own circle of relatives/distinctive responsibilities and imposed cultural regulations. The objective of this study was to find out the status of women in Balochistan and highlighted the issues of parda, education, marriage and domestic life. The results showed that Balochistani women have a position that differs from that of women living in Western countries in many ways. The organization of Balochistani society is based on gender. This creates inequities in a wide range of women's lives and causes girls to suffer greatly. In most underdeveloped countries, this has disastrous implications. Due to a lack of parity in giving education to girls, Balochistan faces negative implications in terms of health, poverty, and reproduction concerns. Several factors influence women's status in Balochistani society. It was concluded that women are, in generally, a marginalized group in society, particularly in rural Baluchistan. One unmistakable fact is that her role is being undercut on so many levels that she is deeply upset and dissatisfied.
Killing in the name of Honor is used as an instrument to keep up or recover the honor of family by rebuffing or killing females whose activities invite bits of gossip about sexual inappropriateness or misbehavior, Honor killing in Pakistan is emerging issue, the objective of this study is to analyse the current situation of honor killing and its impact on other members of the society. A descriptive study was carried out and data was collected from Islamic books, previous research papers and different reports. Therefore exploratory review of previous literature was carried out. It is concluded that there is a number of cases regarding honor killing in Sindh and Punjab province due to strong tribal system and weak management in government system. A number of cases does not reported due to strong feudal system. On the other hand Holy Quran and Sharia don't allow to murder somebody for the sake of honor nor empowers for doing as such. It is recommended that the federal and provincial government should take firm steps against those who are involve in honor killing.
Domestic violance is an emerging issue in Pakistan, the objective of this work was to analyse the current situation in Pakistan and to find out the impact of such domestic violance on other family members.It was discriptive study and the data was gathered from existing research reports, research papers reports prepared by government and non government organizations.It was found that man has dominant role in our society and has a great power to control the domestic affair and women are considered as a weak gender. So there are number of cases reported regarding domestic violance on daily bases. In Pakistan domestic violance includes beating, killing, abduct, assault, actual attack and acid throwing. In Pakistan there is one significant reason behind this brutality is the poverty in our culture and this culture is mostly controlled by men. So it was concluded that domestic violance is still prevailing in Pakistan and it has a great negative social and pshycological impact on other members of society.It was recommended that the government should implement its law and policies regarding domestic violance against those who are involve in such types of act.
