This is the first study reporting HIV-related risk behavior from an Indonesian prison with an established methadone substitution program.
Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) is a real example of a bank that has utilized information technology as an additional service provided to improve the customer experience in transacting online via the internet, namely through a mobile banking application. The application of mobile banking is one form of BSM's commitment in providing good quality electronic services, and can be felt and assessed by customers who have used it. These assessments can then affect their level of satisfaction. Based on this, it then encouraged researchers to test the influence of the quality of mobile banking electronic services offered by Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Belawan on the satisfaction and loyalty of mobile banking users. This research is intended to analyze the effect of e-service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty. Questionnaire items used as many as 35 items. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Belawan who at least have an account and use BSM mobile banking application for 3 (three) months with a sample number of 84 people determined by nonprobability sampling method. The analytical technique used is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results obtained in this study are that: (1) The relationship of e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This can be proven from the t-value greater than 1.96 which is 13,230. Thus, H1 in this study was accepted. (2) The relationship of e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This can be proven from the t-value greater than 1.96 which is 3,267. Thus, H2 in this study was accepted. (3) Customer satisfaction relationship has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This can be proven from the t-value greater than 1.96 which is 3,666. Thus, H3 in this study was accepted.
This community empowerment activity was implemented at the initiative of the Karang Taruna community in Bojonghaleuang Village, West Bandung Regency. This activity was intended to provide briefing and creativity training for youth organizations so that they would develop creativity that can be developed into commodity product businesses that are needed by the community. Garment scraps, leftover production and sorting/rejects that are abundant in the city of Bandung require community cultivation. The method used was the cooperative demonstration and practical making of decorative sandals, following modules that were taught both online and onsite, and applied in practice. Then, the youth group can re-explore the sandal model in another form that is more attractive, according to creativity, and can then meet market tastes. This training has many benefits, namely developing youth creativity, increasing the value of the benefits of leftover fabrics or rejected products into commodities of economic value. The utilization of textile waste as a self-supporting commodity for Karang Taruna really helps improve environmental sustainability in the city of Bandung. As a result of this activity, the Karang Taruna community was very enthusiastic about doing the exercises, able to produce interesting sandal creations, even some youth organizations have received purchase orders from the surrounding community.
One of the models applied by Denpasar City in waste management is the 3R Integrated Waste Management Site (TPST-3R) in Kesiman Kertalangu Village, Denpasar City. Some obstacles to the implementation of waste management at TPST-3R such as the lack of community participation in waste management. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the level of community participation in waste management in TPST-3R in Kesiman Kertalangu Village, Denpasar. The design of this study used analytic observational research, using a quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The place of this study was in TPST-3R in Kesiman Kertalangu Village, Denpasar City, the sample size in this study was 84 heads of households. The results showed that the proportion of community participation in waste management was 38.10%. Factors that significantly influence community participation on waste bank are community knowledge and support from the community leaders (OR = 7.76; 95% CI = 2.19-27.58; p = 0.002) and (OR = 20.26; 95% CI = 5.10-, respectively.Keywords: Waste management, waste bank, level of participation.
Aims: The study aimed to analyze the knowledge level on reproductive health among junior high school students in a rural district, Keruak, East Lombok. Methods: A cross-sectional, descriptive study was carried out among seventh and eighth-grade students (n=139) in Junior High School 3 Keruak, East Lombok, from March to April 2015. All participants answered a validated questionnaire consisting of 66 questions regarding reproductive health, STIs (sexually transmitted infections), and HIV-AIDS. Results: The students had low scores in all three topics. They obtained the highest score on a reproductive health topic and the lowest score on STIs topic. Students in the eighth grade had a better score in reproductive health and HIV-AIDS than those in the seventh grade.
