Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengalaman generasi Z yang tergabung dalam Environment Green Society dan Trash Hero Tumapel dalam melakukan penguatan literasi pengelolaan sampah di Kota Malang. Peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, maupun dokumentasi. Sebagai digital native, kedua organisasi dalam penelitian ini memanfaatkan potensi media sosial seperti Instagram sebagai sarana literasi. Selain mengedukasi melalui ruang virtual, Environment Green Society dan Trash Hero Tumapel juga melakukan upaya literasi dengan berinteraksi langsung dengan warga lokal, khususnya pelajar. Dalam melakukan aksinya, terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam penguatan liteasi pengelolaan sampah di Kota Malang, mulai dari respon masyarakat, keterbatasan sarana prasarana, maupun kurasi algoritma yang mengatur persebaran informasi di media sosial.

The capital market in Indonesia is currently experiencing very rapid development from year to year, as evidenced by the increasing number of public companies every year. Banking is one of the sub-sectors included in the LQ45 index with its average share having the highest market capitalization among other sub-sectors. The development of the capital market in Indonesia, including the banking sub-sector is inseparable from the supporting factors are internal factors as seen from the company's financial ratios. This study aims to determine the influence of price earning ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, firm size, and dividend payout ratio on stock returns in banks listed on the LQ45 index for the period 2015-2020. The data collection method used in this study is the documentation method. The data used is secondary data, the determination of the sample in this study was carried out by purposive sampling method. The data in this study was processed using SPSS Application. The analysis tools used are, Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, T Test, F Test, and Determination Coefficient. The results of this study show that the price earning ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, firm size, and dividend payout ratio affect stock returns simultaneously. Partially, the price earning ratio, return on equity, and debt to equity ratio affect stock returns, meanwhile firm size and dividend payout ratio have no effect on stock returns

The spread of the Covid-19 virus is extraordinary throughout the world and affects people's lives, especially in the economic field. One of the UMKM sectors that feel the impact is UMKM’s Api Tak Kunjung Padam. This condition requires online promotion to increase income. Based on the observations on UMKM, internet devices were rarely used in marketing products. This assistance was carried out for three days to inform about the procedures for promoting products online as well as practicing them directly so that consumers are interested in visiting. The purpose of this program is to provide new knowledge and develop the skills of UMKM in online marketing so that the volume of income can increase. The action method (PAR) is used where the object is given assistance in conducting online promotions. In addition, going directly to the field/ object begins with making a plan, asking permission from the manager of local tourism, then preparing all the necessary necessities, such as cellphones as a medium for online promotion learning. The results showed that online promotional activities using internet devices increased income. The promotion was information given to consumers about a product and a service in order to persuade consumers to buy a product or use a particular service. This also shows that online promotion is needed to increase seller income and increase consumer interest.(Dampak penyebaran virus Covid-19 sangatlah luar biasa di seluruh dunia, khususnya dalam bidang perekonomian. Salah satu sektor yang terkena dampaknya adalah unit-unit usaha di wisata Api tak Kunjung Padam, Pamekasan. Kondisi ini mengharuskan adanya promosi online agar volume pendapatan meningkat. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pada UMKM di wisata tersebut, promosi online menggunakan perangkat internet dalam memasarkan produk masih jarang digunakan. Pendampingan ini dilakukan selama 3 hari untuk memberi tahu para pelaku UMKM perihal tata cara mempromosikan produk secara online sekaligus mempraktikkannya secara langsung sehingga konsumen tertarik untuk berkunjung. Tujuan program ini adalah memberikan ilmu baru dan mengembangkan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam pemasaran online sehingga volume pendapatan dapat meningkat. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode tindakan di mana obyek diberikan perlakuan pendampingan dalam melakukan promosi online. Selain itu, pengabdian ini juga merupakan kegiatan terjun langsung ke lapangan/obyek pengabdian yang diawali dengan membuat rencana, meminta izin kepada pengelola di wisata setempat, kemudian menyiapkan segala keperluan yang dibutuhkan seperti handphone sebagai media untuk pembelajaran promosi online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan promosi online menggunakan perangkat internet mampu meningkatkan pendapatan. Promosi merupakan sebuah informasi yang diberikan kepada konsumen tentang produk dan sebuah pelayanan demi membujuk konsumen membeli produk atau menggunakan sebuah jasa tertentu. Ini sekaligus menunjukkan bahwa promosi online sangat dibutuhkan demi meningkatkan pendapatan penjual dan menambah ketertarikan konsumen).

This research aimed to determine booklet media advisability on metabolism material for student grade XII. Booklet media arranging based on kratom leaves protection power test to the pancreatic organ of mice that consumed alcoholic beverages. The methods used in this study was descriptive. This research was carried out through two stages, arrange metabolism material and the result of kratom leaves protection power test to the pancreatic organ of mice that consumed alcoholic beverages into booklet media and validated that media until valid to use as learning media. Validation of the media was validated by 5 validators. As for the aspect assessed covering aspects of format, content, and language. Data were analyzed by CVR and CVI formulas using the lawshe method. The result of instrument validation showed that the instrument sheet was suitable for use and repaired whole the booklet media obtained CVR and CVI values of 0.99 in accordance with the minimum value of the lawshe so that it was declared valid and feasible to be used as a learning medium on metabolism material for student grade XII.

In the current development of digital technology, the Court has experienced a few obstacles since the emergence of the 2019 covid pandemic virus outbreak, including the Gresik religious court which requires restrictions on public crowds. With these obstacles, the court issued a case registration system using E-court where the application is contained in Supreme Court Regulation No. 3 of 2018 concerning the case registration process which is carried out electronically. How is the implementation of E-court on administrative services at the Gresik Religious Court and what are the factors that support and hinder the implementation of E-court on administrative services at the Gresik Religious Court. Based on monitoring and research, the implementation of E-court on administrative services at the Gresik Religious Court has been carried out well in accordance with Supreme Court Regulation No. 3 of 2018 which is based on the principles of fast, easy, simple and low cost. Factors that support the implementation of the E-court are the existence of sufficient technical facilities such as computers and internet networks, but sometimes there is interference with the signal which makes the upload of data transmission long and this is part of the obstacle. The convenience of this technology is in great demand by advocates because it makes it easy, but it is considered difficult for some people due to the lack of human resources and government socialization. Key word: E-Court, Case Administration Services, religious courts
