Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a contagious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Corona Virus 2 (SARS CoV-2). The disease first spread in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China in December 2019. SARS-CoV-2 is highly contagious and has grown rapidly around the world since its discovery. Until January 2021, a total of 101,406,059 confirmed cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection worldwide with a death toll of 2,191,898 and still growing. Diagnosis of COVID-19 is carried out in two common ways, namely a rapid test and PCR (polymerase chain reaction). This study aims to design a PCR primer for the latest COVID-19 strain isolated in January 2021 with the insilico method (computer simulation) so that the primer used as a COVID-19 biomarker is fast and accurate. The results of this study obtained 10 of the best primers from the latest COVID-19 strains with codes MW454767, MW454771, MW460582, MW454660 which were identified on 11 Jan 2021.
The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on changes in people's behavior which currently prefer online ordering in order to implement social distancing and physical distancing. This study aims to see the behavior of pharmacy customers in using delivery services during the pandemic and strategies that can be used to attract customers to return to using delivery service. This study is an observational analytic study conducted at CV. Apotek Keluarga in the period October-December 2020. A total of 149 respondents were involved in this study. Customer behavior was observed by collecting information from customers as well as profiles of requests for delivery services from January to August 2020. Analysis of strategies to attract customer interest in shopping again at the pharmacy was carried out by looking at the correlation of the factors that influence the intention to return through distributing questionnaires. The demand profile for delivery services shows an increase in demand during pandemic in March 2020 from 22.92% to 94.35%. The results of the bivariate analysis show that there is a significant correlation on each variable score for trust, checkout satisfaction, after-delivery satisfaction, and price perception on the intention to return. The results of the multivariate analysis show that the variables, independently correlated with intention to return were trust variables with a weak positive correlation coefficient (r = 0.210), after-delivery satisfaction with sufficient positive correlation coefficient (r = 0.306), and price perception with sufficient positive correlation coefficient (0.434). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of delivery services at pharmacies has the opportunity to be applied during the Covid-19 pandemic period as well as after the pandemic. Pharmacies need to build trust, satisfaction, and good price perceptions for customers to attract customers to return to using home delivery at pharmacies.
The practice of breastfeeding is one way to optimize the health and development of children. Exclusive breastfeeding for infants 0-6 months without providing complementary foods/substitutes for breast milk. Exclusive breastfeeding problems can be caused by breast milk that does not come out after childbirth, lack of milk production, the inability of the baby to suck, abnormal conditions of the mother's nipples, working mothers, and lack of health information. Health problems that often occur in breastfeeding mothers are reduced milk production, which will later affect breastfeeding status so that it can be a risk factor for stunting. One way to increase the volume of breast milk is to provide Moringa leaf extract as an ingredient to be processed into alternative food products, namely "Coding Danker". This community service activity was carried out three times, namely exclusive breastfeeding and stunting counseling, processing alternative food products from Moringa leaves, providing food products to the community, breastfeeding mothers and monitoring evaluations and interventions from providing Coding Danker to breastfeeding mothers. This activity is aimed at increasing the knowledge and skills of PKK mothers in RW 7 Sialang Munggu Village in making pastries based on local wisdom, namely cookies with Moringa leaf extract. Community service participants were given material by showing videos on how to make these products. The outputs of this community service are one scientific article, one article in print/electronic mass media, activity videos and community service reports.
