This study aims to determine the relationship of motivation to improve employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja Kendari. The type of data used in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Respondents as the sample in this study were all employees at the Office of PT. Jasa Raharja Kendari, amounting to 29 people. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis, which is an analysis that describes the motivation and performance of employees with the dimensions and indicators of each variable as well as the factors related to employee performance by expressing the amount of scores obtained in each dimension and indicator.The results of the analysis of the Relationship between Motivation and Improvement of Employee Performance in the Limited Liability Company (PT) Jasa Raharja Kendari is related to the High category. This relationship on the Motivation Variable is analyzed in three dimensions of indicators, namely creating an improvement in the work environment, giving compensation, and applying work discipline. These three dimensions of motivation provide a unity related to employee performance where the dimensions of Employee Performance indicators are the ability to complete work, expertise and skills and creativity and initiative in carrying out duties and responsibilities as a leader and subordinate. The results of the analysis of the scores of the three dimensions of providing motivation related to employee performance, obtained results of 4.05, which means that motivation provided by the leadership can cause employees to improve their performance with high categories.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian motivasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Jasa Raharja Kendari. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Responden yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor PT. Jasa Raharja Kendari yang berjumlah 29 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, yaitu analisis yang mendeskripkan tentang motivasi dan kinerja pegawai dengan dimensi dan indikator masing-masing variabel serta faktor-faktor yang berhubungan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mengemukakan besarnya nilai skor yang diperoleh pada setiap dimensi dan indikator.Hasil analisis Hubungan Pemberian Motivasi Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan Pada Perseroan Terbatas (PT) Jasa Raharja Kendari adalah berhubungan dengan kategori Tinggi. Hubungan tersebut pada Variabel Motivasi dianalisis dalam tiga dimensi indikator, yaitu menciptakan perbaikan lingkungan kerja, pemberian konpensasi, dan penerapan disiplin kerja. Ketiga dimensi pemberian motivasi tersebut membentuk satu kesatuan yang berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawan dimana dimensi indikator Kinerja Karyawan yaitu , kemampuan menyelesaikan pekerjaan, keahlian dan keterampilam dan kretivitas dan inisiatif dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai pimpinan maupun bawahan. Hasil analisis nilai skor dari ketiga dimensi pemberian motivasi yang berhubungan dengan kinerja pegawai, diperoleh hasil sebesar 4.05 yang artinya bahwa motivasi yang diberikan oleh pimpinan dapat menyebabkan karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan kategori tinggi
