ABSTRAKSalah satu penyakit akibat kerja yang dapat muncul sewaktu-waktu adalah Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) adalah keluhan pada bagian otot skeletal yang dirasakan oleh seseorang mulai dari keluhan yang sangat ringan sampai sangat sakit. Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) dapat dipengaruhi beberapa faktor yang terdiri dari umur, masa kerja, dan sikap kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara umur dan masa kerja keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) pada pekerja Laundry di Jalan Prof. Dr. Soepomo Janturan Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Cross Sectional. Responden merupakan pekerja laundry di Jalan Prof. Dr. Soepomo Janturan Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 35 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map. Analisis bivariat dengan uji statistik Chi Square dan uji alternatifnya yaitu uji Fisher. Responden yang mengalami keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) lebih banyak yaitu 22 responden (62,9%). Responden yang berumur >30 tahun lebih banyak yaitu 20 responden (57,1%). Responden yang memiliki masa kerja <5 tahun lebih banyak yaitu 30 responden (85,8%). Ada hubungan antara umur dengan keluhan MSDs dengan nilai p= 0,005 < α (0,05) dan tidak ada hubungan antara masa kerja dengan keluhan MSDs dengan nilai p= 0,630 > α (0,05). Ada hubungan antara umur dengan keluhan MSDs namun tidak ada hubungan antara masa kerja dengan keluhan MSDs. Kata kunci: Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs), umur, masa kerja Correlation Between Age and Working Periods with Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) in Laundry Workers ABSTRACT One of occupational diseases that can appear any time is Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs).Complaints about Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are the complaints on the part of the musculoskeletal felt by a person in such a deep ranging from complaints of mild to hard. Muscuoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) can be caused by any factors such as age, length of work and work positions. This research aimed to determine the relationship between age and length of work with Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaint towards laundry worker at Prof. Dr. Soepomo Street, Janturan, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This study employed Cross Sectional design. The rspondents of the study were laundry worker at Prof. Dr. Soepomo street Janturan Yogyakarta, amounted 35 people. The data collected using Nordic Body Map questionnaire. The data analyzed statistically by Chi Square test and the alternative test that was Fisher. There were 62.99% respondents suffered MSDs, while 57.1% rspondents were more than 30 years old. Respondents who had length of work <5 years were 85.5%. There was a relationship between age and MSDs complaints p= 0.005 < α (0.05) but there was no relationship between length of work with MSDs complaints with p= 0.630 > α (0.05). There was a relationship between age with MSDs complaints but there was no relationship between length of work with MSDs complaints.
Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that is quite widespread in nature in Indonesia, which is about 99% of patients, the mental hospital in Indonesia are people with schizophrenia. The highest prevalence of psychosis is in DIY is 2.7 per 1000 population. Based on the data reports the top 10 disease hospitalization from January to June 2015 at the Mental Hospital Grhasia DIY disease schizophrenia is a disease with a high of 371 while other mental disorders as many as 54 people. This study aimed to determine risk factors of schizophrenia in patients hospitalized in the Psychiatric Hospital Grhasia DIY. This research was an analytic observational with cross sectional design. The sample was 79 people schizophrenia and non-schizophrenia. Data analysis was using Fisher's Exact Test. There were relationships between heredity RP = 1.195 (95% CI 1.004 to 1.423), psychosocial stressors of interpersonal relationship problems RP = 1.257 (CI95% from 1.056 to 1.497), psychosocial stressors of family factors RP = 1.366 (CI95% from 1.063 to 1.756) to the incidence of schizophrenia in-patients at the Mental Hospital Grhasia DIY. This research concluded that heredity, psychosocial stressors of interpersonal relationship problems and family factors are risk factors of the incidence of schizophrenia in the Mental Hospital DIY.
Background: Breastmilk is the ideal food for babies. There are various inhibiting factors for the formation of awareness of parents in providing exclusive breastfeeding for example ignorance from the mother about the importance of breastfeeding, how to breastfeed properly, and aggressive marketing launched by infant formula manufacturers. Objective: TThis study aimed to determine the association between knowledge and techniques of breastfeeding with exclusive breastfeeding in the area of Puskesmas Pengasih II, Kulonprogo. Methods: This research employed cross-sectional design. The population was all mothers with babies six to 12 months with total sample 142 mothers. The data was analyze using Chi-square test with alpha significance=5%. Results: This study found more subjects with a low level of knowledge (57%), the same goes with breastfeeding technique (52,1%). There was statistically significant association between knowledge with exclusive breastfeeding (p=0,006). There was a statistically significant association between breastfeeding technique with exclusive breastfeeding (p=0,002). Conclusion: There were relationships between knowledge (p = 0.006) and feeding techniques (p = 0.002) with exclusive breastfeeding. Latar Belakang: ASI adalah makanan paling ideal untuk bayi. Ketidaktahuan ibu tentang pentingnya ASI, cara menyusui dengan benar, serta pemasaran yang dilancarkan secara agresif oleh para produsen susu formula, merupakan faktor penghambat bagi terbentuknya kesadaran orang tua untuk memberikan ASI exclusive.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan teknik menyusui dengan pemberian ASI exclusive di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pengasih II Kulon Progo. Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah observasional dengan metode cross sectional. Population penelitian adalah seluruh ibu yang mempunyai bayi enam sampai 12 months sebanyak 142 orang, menggunakan teknik total sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil: Ibu dengan tingkat pengetahuan rendah lebih banyak (57%) begitu juga pengetahuan teknik menyusui (52,1%). Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan pemberian ASI eklsusif (p=0,006) dan ada hubungan antara teknik menyusui dengan pemberian ASI ekslusif (p=0,002). Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dan teknik menyusui dengan pemberian ASI exclusive.
Background:The national coverage of exclusive breastmilk did not reach its target in 2014. One reason behind this was due to the swelling of the breast to mastitis condition. Hence the baby was not getting enough breastmilk. World Health Organization WHO estimates the mastitis case between 2.6 and 33 %, with global prevalence around 10% of all breastfeeding women. In 2014, Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta Hospital documented 5.3% women with mastitis and 4.2% in 2015.Objective: This research aims to evaluate the correlation of ages, education, employment status, parity, and mastitis history with mastitis case in Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta Hospital. Methods: This research was an observational analytic with a case-control design. Data analytic was performed using the Chi-Square test. Results: The results of bivariate analysis showed that age (OR = 0.673; 95% CI; 0.345-1.314), education (OR = 1.288; 95% CI; 0.678−2.44), employment status (OR = 1.368; 95% CI; 0.749 −2.497), and parity (OR = 0.829; CI 95%; 0.455−1.511) did not have a significant correlation with the incidence of mastitis, but the history of mastitis showed a significant association with the incidence of mastitis (OR = 2.280; 95% CI; 1.112−1.674 ). Conclusion:There was a correlation between the history of mastitis with the recurrence of mastitis in Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta Hospital.
