Percetakan Mufidah Digital Printing setiap bulannya melayani order pencetakan, yang menjadi permasalahan selama ini adalah proses pelayanan kepada pelanggan yang akan melakukan order jasa percetakan tidak dapat terlayani dengan cepat hal ini karena banyaknya pelanggan serta ruang yang tersedia tidak terlalu luas dan pelanggan harus mendatangi Percetakan Mufidah Digital Printing untuk melakukan order pencetakan. Tujuan dari artikel ini untuk merancang sistem informasi jasa pemesanan percetakan berbasis android pada Percetakan Mufida Digital Printing Kota Gorontalo untuk memudahkan pelanggan melakukan pemesanan percetakan. Dalam merancang aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa UML (Unified Modelling Language) dan diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan Android Studio, PHP dan MySQL. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif yang berusaha menggambarkan dan menginterpretasi objek sesuai dengan apa adanya, di dalamnya terdapat upaya mendeskripsikan, mencatat, analisa, dan menginterprestasikan kondisi-kondisi yang saat ini terjadi atau ada. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan test case membuktikan bahwa sistem informasi jasa pemesanan percetakan berbasis android pada mufida digital printing ini lebih efektif dan efisien dibandingkan secara manual. Hasil pengujian: V (G) = 20 – 17 + 2 = 5, V (G) = 4 + 1 = 5, Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) = R1, R2, R3,R4,R5= 5. Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa desain system informasi jasa pemesanan percetakan berbasis android dapat memudahkan konsumen untuk melakukan order percetakan dengan kelebihan fitur tambahan berupa notifikasi untuk pelanggan sehingga mempermudah proses produksi dari order cetakan yang dilakukan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Mufida , android, php, mysql Printing of Mufidah Digital Printing every month serving printing orders, which has been a concern so far is the process of service to customers who will order printing services cannot be served quickly because this Mufidah Digital Printing customers make printing orders. The distribution process of disposition letters to government agencies often encounters many obstacles, including the absence of authorized officials in the disposition process being the reason an agenda cannot be processed at the right time. Another thing is also related to the paperless reduction campaign in an agency, both public and private, which is being carried out to reduce paper usage. The change from manual to automatic, or from manual paper to electronic documents is natural to do, but the legality process of a document electronics will be a problem if it is not equipped with a digital signature and qrcode. This study takes the idea of utilizing QRCode and Digital signatures with the SHA algorithm which is applied to smartphones with the Android operating system to simplify the process of distributing electronic disposition sheets so as to reduce the use of paper in the government environment. The results of this research are able to create Digital signatures and QRCodes for electronic documents on a system to be more reliable. The signature on the document is replaced with a QRCode which is generated using the SHA Algorithm as a unique marker of a document. This QRCode also helps when related parties validate the validity of digital documents

The expansion of the area that occurs in Gorontalo Province from 6 districts, the addition of fickle regions and addresses can confuse and make it difficult for local people or tourists outside Gorontalo province to get information about the small and medium industry in Gorontalo Province. The lack of information to the public about the location of Small and Medium Industry locations in Gorontalo province can make it difficult to conduct cooperation that can drive the regional economy. Information search and access user information and communication technology through high mobility media such as smartphones. Today's thriving smartphones are smartphones with android operating systems. Android smartphone besides having high mobility, also has very useful features such as google maps and GPS.
