This article exceedingly induces a completely new impression of graded mean integral representation in trapezoidal neutrosophic number domain corresponding to each membership function. Furthermore employing these integral representations, a new fangled graded mean integral distance measure is produced between two trapezoidal neutrosophic numbers. Notably, a numerical business economy based Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem is fabricated along with the explication of neutrosophic theory to authenticate our suggested course of action in the decision making policy with the prominent solution scheme of VlseKriterijumska Optimizcija I Kaompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) technique for recognising the best alternative from a finite set. Lastly, the comparison work acts as an additional encouragement of our proposed scheme.
Chatbots is an amalgamation of two words, Chats and bots. The meaning of Chat is to talk and bots are robots. Thus specifically Chat bots are talkative robots. The machine which is planned and controlled by a computer is called Robot. The banking business has become 247, and hence there arises the requirement to provide 247, 365 days a year services to customers. By any means, this is impossible for any human being, and for this reason, the machine was required to be invented. Even the multifaceted problems can be solved by robots with the help of external human force or with entrenched system rule. Humans are replaced by robots in doing tough, dangerous, and recurring activities that could not be performed by the former because of their restrictions. In banks, Robots Process Automation can reduce operational errors, reduce the cost of human capital, and has the potential to do multitask 247 without fatigue and 100% success rate. The fundamental of this paper is to appreciate the necessity of robotics process automation in the West Bengal banking industry. A pentagonal neutrosophic number (PNN) based Tomada de decisao interativa e multicritévio (TODIM) method multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problem is included here to uncover the most vital chatbots factors these days. This study would assist in gaining insights on the consequence of the beginning of RPA in the Banking sector and its overall impact on Customer Relationship Management.
In this paper, we have established Cosine Trigonometric Operational Law (CTOL) and constructed Cosine Trigonometric Neutrosophic Weighted Averaging (CT-NWA) operator in the domain of generalized neutrosophic environment, which has been endorsed in a Multi-Criteria Group Decision Making (MCGDM) technique to select the best Anti-Pegasus software. In this study, the expertize recommendations and public opinion are well taken in context of debatable Pegasus issue in the Indian political, bureaucratic and democratic aspects. The problem has been addressed and resolved by using the integrated methodology of Analytical Network Process (ANP) and Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution (EDAS) strategies. Here, we have optimized the weight factors and the gradation values of the decision makers as well as the sub-criteria of each criterion using Linear Programming (LP) model. Finally, we have performed the comparative analysis from various aspects to justify the reliability of our results.
In this research article, an improved Multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) strategy has been developed in pentagonal neutrosophic environment incorporating grey relational analysis and method on the removal effects of criteria (MEREC) techniques to address the relative advantages and disadvantages of these aspects in MCGDM. The aim of the study is to improve MCGDM technique which can capture the underlying uncertainties in robust way and can produce consistent results in a more rigorous way. Here, the conception of Hamming distance between two pentagonal neutrosophic number (PNN)s is introduced and the weighted arithmetic and geometric averaging operators in PNN arena are deployed to craft our computational technique more progressive and robust. An agriculture-based numerical problem is illustrated to demonstrate the ranking results of the alternatives by both of the techniques. After evaluating the problem by two aggregation operators, it is found that “plantation crop” is the best alternative under certain circumstances. Lastly, the sensitivity investigation is performed which reveals that with the appliance of arithmetic and geometric aggregation operators the best ranked alternative preserves its position by both of the ranking methods, which definitely exhibit the consistency and robustness of our executed methodology.
