ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri, lingkungan keluarga, pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK di Sidoarjo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK di Sidoarjo kelompok Bisnis dan Manajemen tahun 2014-2015. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik proporsional sampling. Sampel terdiri dari 250 siswa. Metode analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data secara parsial efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK di Sidoarjo, lingkungan keluarga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK di Sidoarjo, dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK di Sidoarjo. Kemudian hasil analisis data secara simultan efikasi diri, lingkungan keluarga dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK di Sidoarjo. Many students are afraid to talk in public. The observation social science students of a Public High School (SMA) showed that 77.42% students were afraid to talk in public (glossophobia). This paper presents result of a research on a treatment using a self-instruction technique. The data of this research were collected by filing glossophobia questionnaire, in which the data were analyzed by nonparametric technique with Wilcoxon test level. The results of analyses showed that with n = 6, we found Table =-1 in which it was lower than α of 5% = 0. Scoring results showed that there was a reduction of mean score of pre-test and post-test from 162.17 to 150.33. Therefore H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The treatment using a group counseling by selfinstruction technique can reduce the level of glossophobia of students.
The subjects of this research were Vocational School teachers in Office Administration expertise that had received teacher certification in Sidoarjo Regency, namely 35 teachers from several schools in Sidoarjo Regency. The collected data then analyzed using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of Vocational School Teacher in Sidoarjo regency especially in the field of Office Administration expertise has not been implemented thoroughly, especially the implementation of publications and there are still obstacles faced by certified teacher educators in implementing PKB.
This study investigated the effect of problem-based learning, instructional audiovisual media and internships to students' soft skill enrolled in Vocational High School Jawa Timur. This research uses descriptive quantitative design and samples of 284 students. This research is taken by using simple random sampling technique. The data analysis is multiple linear regression to test the influence of variables. The study findings show that soft skills are affected by problem-based learning, instructional audio-visual media, and internships.
