This study aims to examine the effect of the influence of service quality, knowledge and trust on Muzakki's decision to pay zakat at the Amil Zakat Institution Nurul Fikri Zakat Center Sampit Area. Data was collected through questionnaires with 100 respondents from muzakki who paid zakat at Nurul Fikri Zakat Center Sampit Area. The sampling method and technique used is the Non-Probability Sampling Method and uses accidental sampling technique. T test to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the t test analysis showed that the service quality variable did not significantly influence Muzakki's decision to pay zakat at the Amil Zakat Institution Nurul Fikri Zakat Center Sampit Area, as evidenced by a regression value of 0.131 and a calculated value of 0.545 with a significance level of 0.587. Knowledge variable does not significantly influence the decision to pay Zakat at the Amil Zakat Institution Nurul Fikri Zakat Center Sampit Area, which proves with a regression value of 0.015 and a calculated value of 0.192 with a significant level of 0.848. The Trust variable has a significant positive effect on the decision to pay Zakat at the Amil Zakat Institution Nurul Fikri Zakat Center Sampit Area, which proves with a regression value of 0.273 and a calculated value of 3.422 with a significant level of 0.001.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Persediaan terhadap Volume Penjualan pada PT. Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi Medan, mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap Volume Penjualan pada PT. Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi Medan, mengetahui pengaruh Persediaan dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Volume Penjualan pada PT. Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan dari PT. Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi Medan sebanyak 2.515 responden. Teknik penentuan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rumus slovin dan berjumlah sebanyak 96 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Persediaan dan Kualitas Produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Volume Penjualan pada PT. Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Persediaan dan Kualitas Produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Volume Penjualan pada PT. Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi Medan. Hasil penelitian ini didukung oleh nilai R square (R2) yang artinya bahwa Persediaan dan Kualitas Produk mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Volume Penjualan. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang berasal dari luar model penelitian ini seperti people, process dan physical evidence.
The design of lean manufacturing system to solve the problem of inefficiency or waste in the process of ship production in Madura shipyard, with consideration because in a manufacturing system can always be found things that actually do not provide added value or things that are too excessive in doing so. This is commonly called waste workshop. Lean's approach aims to eliminate waste elimination and non value added activity, facilitate the flow of material, product and information, and continuous improvement of quality. With lean approach, it is expected that the shipyard of kapa madura will be more efficient and productive In this research, a simulation model for lean manufacturing in SME Madura shipyard was developed. Development of simulation model is done with ARENA software. To measure the lean manufacturing system performance that was designed, experiments and optimization were carried out using the Response Surface Methodology. The measurement of multi performance criteria with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with work in process criteria, waiting time, and flow time is carried out to determine the optimal lean manufacturing system. From the completion of the AHP method, it can be seen that the weight for the waiting time criterion is 0.7; flow time 0.2, and Work in Process 0.1. The weight of each criterion generated from the AHP method multiplied by the response of each criterion will be A weighted performance measure (WPM). Based on the optimization graph in the Response Surface Methodology method, Global Solution or the optimal solution is obtained using Minitab 16 software as follows : A (Set Up Time) = 2 (80 minutes), B (Lot Size) = -1.51515 (8 tons), C (Loading interval) = -1.23232 (208 minutes), D (Demand Stability) = -2 (90%), With the value of the goal for the minimum WPM, the lowest value is 0, the target value is 0 and the upper value is 11000
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperjelas Pengaruh Karakteristik Pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang di mediasi oleh Keterikatan Karyawan. Dalam perspektif global dan perubahan tenaga kerja , keterlibatan karyawan sekarang dianggap sebagai indikator yang berharga untuk keberhasilan organisasi dan menjadi issue penting dalam sumber daya manusia. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei dan kuisioner / angket. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik Saturation Sampling (sampel jenuh), dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Model penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Alat untuk mengolah data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS), dengan menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.3. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Job Characteristics memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UPTD. Pengelolaan Sampah TPA. Sanitary Landfill Talang Gulo Kota Jambi. 2) Job Characteristics memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement UPTD. Pengelolaan Sampah TPA. Sanitary Landfill Talang Gulo Kota Jambi. 3) Employee Engagement juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UPTD. Pengelolaan Sampah TPA. Sanitary Landfill Talang Gulo Kota Jambi. 4) Hasil analisis pengaruh tidak langsung Job Characteristics terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UPTD. Pengelolaan Sampah TPA. Sanitary Landfill Talang Gulo Kota Jambi, bahwa pengaruh Job Characteristics terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Employee Engagement sebagai variabel intervening adalah positif dan signifikan. Dari variabel yang diteliti diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan.
