The precise edges of forging should be extracted from the image when measuring the dimensions of high temperature forging based on the non-contact image measurement technique. It is difficult to distinguish the forging boundary precisely due to the continuous variation of the air temperature near the forging. The two-dimensional simplified cross-section models, including the squaring, chamfering and rounding models, were established by the symmetrical modeling method. The air-cooling process from 1200°C to 800°C of high temperature long-shaft heavy forging was simulated based on ANSYS software. The variation regularities of temperature with the distance and time were obtained, which provides a theoretical basis to determine the edges of high temperature objects in non-contact measurement.
Blanking finite element analysis model of non-metallic material PET insulation spacer was established, and the influence of process parameters on blanking quality of insulation spacer was analyzed. The results show that the qualified cross-section quality, the high dimensional accuracy and the little bending distortion of blanking workpiece can be obtained by the reasonable blanking clearance and the higher blanking speed. The corresponding experiment was carried out, the results show that the process parameters of insulation spacer blanking obtained by numerical simulation are feasible, and the qualified insulation spacer was produced by the simulation results.
In the trial-produce process of the CSA804 compressor, it was found that the appearance was not very good after riveting the top cylinder head. Most have the flanging phenomenon and the leakage detecting FPY cannot reach the mass production requirements. For this problem, through analyzing the related sizes of the top cylinder head, understanding the principle of the riveter, and considering the viveted method, the reasons of the bad reveting of the top cylinder head can be analyzed. Accordingly, the corresponding improvement measures can be taken to make the leakage detecting disqualification be lowed to the normal levels.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
