A series of Row-column designs (RC-designs) in two sets of treatments with varying replications have been constructed by supplementing a set of [Formula: see text] treatments in blank positions of [Formula: see text] row-column design of Agrawal (1966). The [Formula: see text] supplemented treatments are further divided into v1 groups each having v2 treatments and by merging the v2 treatments of each group a series of RC-designs in v1 supplemented treatments has been obtained. The designs have been identified as Simple partially efficiency balanced Row-column designs (SPEB RC-designs). AMS {2000} Subject Classification: 62K10.
