In the title complex, {[Cu(C8H12N3O2)(C5H8N)]NO3·H2O}n, the Cu atom is coordinated by two [(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)methylamino]acetate anions and one 3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazole ligand. There is one nitrate anion and one water molecule in the asymmetric unit. The crystal packing is stabilized by N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
Auf dem im Reaktionsschema angegebenen Weg werden aus den funktionalisierten Isoxazol‐4‐carbonsäuren (II) und (VII) die im Titel genannten Verbindungen (III) und (VIII) synthetisiert.
The crystal structure determination of the new title spiroisoxazoline, C24H19NO3S, shows that the five‐membered isoxazoline ring is coplanar with the phenyl ring attached to it. The p‐methoxyphenyl ring is almost perpendicular to the isoxazoline ring.
The molecule of the title compound, C16H26N6, is located on a crystallographic centre of inversion; as a result, there is just one half‐molecule in the asymmetric unit. The piperazine ring adopts an ideal chair conformation. The substituents at the piperazine N atoms are in equatorial positions.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
