Resumo: O processo de terceirização de serviços logísticos (TSL) é considerado incipiente na gestão das organizações, não só pelas suas questões operacionais como também pelas dificuldades de se criar elos com a estratégia da empresa. O presente estudo teórico, fundamentado na Teoria Baseada em Recursos, visa propor umAbstract: The process of Outsourcing Logistics Service (OLS) is deemed incipient in the management of organizations, not only because of the operational problems it presents, but also of its difficulties fitting into the company's overall strategy. The present theoretical study, building on the resource-based view of the firm, aims to propose a framework that guides managers in developing strategies to OLS starting from the operational structure to establish the necessary resources, capabilities, and routines. In addition, taken into account is the importance of analyzing risks and resilience in the environment, concomitantly with the analysis of the operational structure. Thus, four questions were developed, aimed at leading operations managers to reflect on the development of the strategy. The framework proposed for OLS considers the supply chain management department as the main interlocutor of the strategy. This framework can be adapted according with the necessity of the contracting company, and its main intention is to enable the establishment of a project that contemplates the necessary resources, the capabilities (criteria), and the operational routines (subcriteria) for the selection of a logistics service provider in the market, one which truly addresses the needs of the organization. This framework is already intrinsic in the practical actions of the authors, because of their extensive advisory activity over the last five years in OLS to logistics service provider. In addition, it is worth mentioning that so far in the tacit applications of this framework there has been no application similar to another.

RESUMONeste artigo analisa-se o perfil e a evolução da pesquisa em Governança Corporativa nos Esportes. Metodologicamente, realizou-se um estudo bibliométrico dos artigos publicados nos periódicos internacionais da área de administração, contabilidade, economia e finanças, nos 23 anos entre 1990 a 2012. As análises de citações, cocitaçõese frequências permitem um conjunto de observações: o crescimento da pesquisa no tema a partir de 2007; O Journal of Sport Management se revela como o periódico mais citado e com maior centralidade de grau; David Shilbury que emerge como o pesquisador mais profícuo e com maior centralidade; a Universidade de Alberta como a origem do maior número de artigos e a mais central; e Russell Hoye, Graham Cuskelly e Lisa Kikulis os autores mais citados. Este estudo é relevante para nortear pesquisa futura sobre o tema de Governança Corporativa nos esportes, sendo, assim, de especial relevância para estudantes de pós-graduação stricto sensu e outros pesquisadores recém chegados à disciplina.Palavras-chave: esportes, estudo bibliométrico, Governança Corporativa. ABSTRACTThis paper analyzed the profile and evolution of research in Corporate Governance in Sports. Methodologically, we conducted a bibliometric study of articles published in international journals in the area of administration, accounting, economics and finance, in the 23 years between 1990 and 2012. The analyses of citations, co-citations and frequencies, permited a number of observations: the growth of research on the topic from 2007 onwards; the Journal of Sport Management as the most cited journal and with greater degree centrality; David Shilbury that emerged as the most prolific scholar and more central; the University of Alberta as the source of the greater number of articles and most central; and Russell Hoye, Graham Cuskelly and Lisa Kikulis as the most cited authors. Este estudo é relevante para nortear pesquisa futura sobre o tema de Governança Corporativa nos esportes no meio acadêmico, sendo, assim, de especial relevância para estudantes de pós-graduação stricto sensu e outros pesquisadores recém chegados à disciplina. This study is relevant guiding future research on corporate governance in sports, and is thus especially useful for master and doctoral students and other researchers that are newcomers to the discipline.
