The purpose of this paper was to determine and show the result of the prevalence of the presence of Anisakis worms as well as the distribution of Anisakis worms in parts of the body in Tuna. This research was conducted in May 2017 at the Fish auction in Pekalongan City. The tuna used in this study are grouped into 2 sizes, group I with sizes 20 - 26 cm and group II with sizes 27-33 cm. The number of fish used was 60. Furthermore, observations were made on internal organs, The research method is a cross-section or one sampling. Data were then tabulated and analyzed by t-test to test the differences between the two groups. The results showed that the fish size group gave a significant effect on the number of Anisakis in the body of fish (p <0.05). The prevalence of fish in group II was 85% while the group I was 70%. The intestine becomes the most internal organ found as much as 120 Anisakis, followed by 75 stomachs, muscle 20 and abdominal cavity 45 in group II. While group I found 70 of Anisakis sp in the intestine, 50 in the stomach and 40 abdominal cavity and 30 muscle tissue.

Indonesia is also affected by the virus, so there is a need for family resilience to stem the covid virus 19. One of the programs that can be implemented by families in efforts to improve welfare, especially in the food sector is the planting and utilization of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). Method of training, One of the programs that can be implemented by families in efforts to improve welfare, especially in the field of food is a planting and utilization program for Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). This activity was at the same time addressing the decline in people's purchasing power due to the pandemic covid 19 which caused the price of drugs to become more expensive, so that it indirectly had an impact on the declining degree of public health
Keywords: empowerment, family medicinal plants, covid 19
Heavy metal content in water always changes depending on lithology and disposal of contaminated waste. Heavy metals are difficult to decompose in water and are easily bound in sediment so that the more sediment accumulation, the greater the heavy metal content. Heavy metals have toxic effects on humans and other livings, accumulate in the body of an organism and stay for a long period. This compound can lead to a decrease in water quality which will affect the fishery and in pond cultivation. One of the important heavy metal pollutants is lead (Pb), which is usually came from many sources. The purpose of this study was to determine the concentration of lead in seaweed, pond water, and sediment. This research was conducted in March 2018 from 6 pond stations. This research was conducted using descriptive and statistic analysis. Analysis of Pb compound is done using AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry). The results of the analysis of Pb content in seaweed ranged between 0.0163-0.1377 mg / kg. Pb content in pond water range from 0.0087 -0.0137 mg / lt and the Pb content in sediment range between 1.2703-2.3594 mg / lt. Based on the analysis, the Pb content is most abundant in sediments where the Pb content has exceeded the threshold value (SNI) of 0.3 mg/kg. Pb content on seaweed and pond water are still within the standard value of Pb metal contamination (BPOMRI No. 23 of 2013) which is 0.20 mg/kg. The relationship between Pb content in seaweed to the water is categorized as a weak (R = 0.073), it is similar to the seaweed with sediment (R = 0,28).
This study aimed to map and formulate a policy about unemployment in Pekalongan City, focusing on three things; the reasons of unemployment cause, people’s interest of desired work, and an unemployment reducing policy. As a research method, we carried out a qualitative descriptive and used an open questions-questionnaire as the media for a hundred respondents, spread in 4 districts; Pekalongan Utara, Selatan, Barat, and Timur (Northern, Southern, Western, and Eastern Pekalongan). And in completing the study result, we also held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) by inviting the budgeting-interested stakeholders. The results indicated three points; (1) a type of unemployment in Pekalongan is a frictional one; a condition where the jobless workers want to earn better wages, (2) a big interest of people to be an entrepreneur based on the big income and more time. And also, they hope the local government will support them in term of their capital easily and cheaply, and (3) from FGD, it resulted a suggestion to initiate ‘a creative house’ a media to accommodate the workshops outputs, and to formulate a regulation which obligate every business in Pekalongan to involve the local workers.
