Leaders form the character and the nature of the organizations. In this respect ethical leaders may be the solution for organizations in corruption and employees in trouble. For this reason we treated ethical leadership as a healer, and analyzed its effects on intention to quit along with moderation effect of perceptions of organizational politics and mediation effect of organizational identification on this interaction. To that end, data were collected from 103 sales persons, who work at an international white good producing firm, in Ankara, Turkey through questionnaire. The data were analyzed with multifarious statistical techniques. The findings affirm healing effect of ethical leadership on intention to quit. In addition, as a new discovery, moderation effect of perceptions of organizational politics on healing effect of ethical leadership was found. Finally it was discovered that organizational identification and ethical leadership predict intention to quit separately.

Growing importance of notions of productivity and efficiency which generates basic focus and domain of firms the attention for strategic management have been increasing. This increasing attention is also resulting in increasing competition and changes in its formation. Markets have switched into regional or international rather than local and national. Firms need to have a strategic point of view and use strategic management tools. The above-mentioned concepts are generally used in big firms. However, small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) have an important role in countries' economies thanks to their contribution to social development and employment. In Turkey, 99% of firms are SME. Regarding the importance of SMEs in the country's economy, this study aims to reveal if owners/managers of SMEs know about strategic management tools, if they know which tools they use, levels of satisfaction with these tools and which tools they plan to use in the future. Additionally, the study seeks priorities of owners/managers when choosing a strategic management tool and effect of level of using these tools on firm performance.

Bu araştırma, kadın girişimcilerin profillerini, seçilmiş bazı değişkenler açısından ortaya çıkarmak amacı ile yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, kadınların girişimci özellikleri ve girişimcilik deneyimleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Araştırmanın evrenini Kayseri, Yozgat ve Sivas illerinde faaliyet gösteren Ticaret ve Sanayi odalarına kayıtlı 244 kadın girişimci oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, toplam 59 maddeden oluşan anket formu kullanılmış, veriler frekans tablolarına dönüştürülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda, kadın girişimcilerin sosyo-ekonomik profilleri, işletmeleri ve girişimcilik faaliyetlerine ilişkin mevcut durum ortaya koyulmuştur.
