Introduction:The aim of the current research was to investigate the existence of any possible relationship between existential anxiety and core self-Evaluation (CSE), in predicting life orientation of patients with cancer. Methods: The study employed a correlational research design. One hundred patients with cancer (skin, breast, and stomach), 20 to 40 years of age, referring to hospitals in Ardabil were selected by purposeful sampling. The selected individuals completed existential anxiety, core self-evaluation and life orientation questionnaires. To analyze the data, stepwise regression analysis was used.
