The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between stress and anger of rural and urban adolescents of Chittagong district in Bangladesh. The sample of the study consisted of 120 respondents of whom 60 were male (30 rural and 30 urban) and 60 were female (30 rural and 30 urban). Their age levels were 13 -19. They were selected purposively from different areas of Chittagong district in Bangladesh. Bengali version of Life Stress Scale (Fahim, 2001) was used to measure life stress and Bengali version of Adolescents Anger Rating Scale (AARS) (Islam & Chowdhury, 2011) was used to measure adolescents' anger. The obtained data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test and Pearson product moment correlation. Results revealed that the stress of urban adolescents was greater than rural; the anger of urban adolescents was more than the rural; the stress of female adolescents was more than the male and the anger of female adolescents was more than male. Results also showed that adolescents' stress was positively correlated (r = .86, p < .01) with their anger.

ABSTRACT:The purpose of writing this review was to compile the pieces of matter which I have studied from many different national and international articles. In this article i have written about how the passive smoking effects the people, chemical constituents present in Cigarette , its death rate in India and in rest of the world and I have also given some basic introduction on Cancer and its types. Now a days Passive smoking became the major cause of cancer death in all over the world, this may cause different types of cancer like mouth, lungs ,blood ,etc. and it may also cause disease like asthma and many respiratory diseases. Smoking cigarette not only effects the people but also effect the environment like it increases the rate of greenhouse gases and also increases the global warming.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the attitudes of the community people towards health and environmental hazards of tanneries in Dhaka city of Bangladesh. 200 community people were selected as respondents. A semi-structured interview guide was used to collect relevant data. It was an exploratory study following qualitative approach. The findings of the study revealed all of the community people at Hazaribagh felt that their environment is being seriously polluted by tanneries. Most of them suffered from skin disease, allergy, diarrhea, asthma, typhoid, head ache and fever. They have been seriously suffering while moving from one place to another. They mentioned tanneries are responsible for extreme pollution of the Buriganga River. The majority of the respondents think that tanneries should move from Hazaribagh & relocate at any industrial area.

The present study was conducted to measure the attitude toward eve teasing. For this purpose a scale was developed in Likert format. The scale consisted of 10 statements in Bangla. Based on preliminary scrutinizing and expert judgment for face validity, 29 statements were administered to 100 males and 100 females for items analysis. Of the total 29 statements 10 were found to have significant item total correlation (α= .01 to 0.05) and were retained in the final scale. For measuring reliability of this split half 0.52 and chronbach's alpha 0.56 were computed. This scale was then administered to 200 people (100 males and 100 females) living in different areas of Dhaka city. The obtained data were analyzed by using ANOVA. The data revealed that the interaction effect of gender levels and education was found significant.
