The relevance and novelty of the work consists in studies on the development of a multicomponent polymer-type inhibitor, which is an effective metal corrosion inhibitor. The technology of producing corrosion inhibitors based on nickel diphosphate is shown. The essence of the research is to create a protective coating on the parts and mechanisms of textile equipment operated in an aggressive environment. The results of the research will significantly increase the efficiency of the equipment, extend its service life, reduce the occurrence of textile defects, which will lead to a reduction in the cost of production at textile industry enterprises.
The paper considers issues related to the development of technology for the use of spinning waste in the production of cotton yarn. The process of forming a column of cotton fibers with included waste in an improved feeder-hopper of a loosening-scutching unit designed for cleaning from foreign impurities and dust is theoretically analysed. The optimal design parameters of an improved hopper-feeder with perforated walls have been determined depending on the performance of the loosening-scutchingunit. The approximate distribution of the concentration of foreign impurities and dust is determined depending on the technological and design features of the improved hopper-feeder with perforated walls. The optimal technological parameters of the post-treatment of the formed fibrous layer of cotton after the hopper-feeder have been determined.
The main goal of the motion of young Turkish men was to raise the education to the qualified level in exact politic activities with programmatic document concerning the social politic modernization in the country. The idea of improving an education that was formed in the process of young Turkish's educational activities was shown in the articles and speeches of figures who took an active part in this uprising. The educational ideas of young Turkish were developed in their own way. Because, the pedagogical ideas substantiated by the figures of young Turkish were the basis to form a national Turkey Republic. In М.К.Ataturk's state programs of forming new Turkey Republic the pedagogical ideas of young Turkish have been continued further on. Similar to this, it must be pointed out that the main peculiarities of an education in Turkestan region was the system opposed to an old education system which was the reason of increasing the number of ignorant people in Middle Ages and government power against chauvinism invasion.
Environmental problems of the textile industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan are mainly related to the disposal and regeneration of industrial waste, wastewater treatment, the creation of a circulating water supply system, dust removal of the air of the working area, etc.The production of yarn from low-grade cotton and production waste is one of the urgent problems of the industry affecting the economic efficiency of the functioning of textile enterprises. The use of spinning production waste and low-grade raw materials in the production of yarn of high linear density using the pneumomechanical spinning method allows to reduce the cost of a unit of production.Yarn produced with the investment of spinning production waste and low-grade raw materials is used in the manufacture of household, a number of technical, raincoat and clothing fabrics, where significant mechanical loads on the fabric are not required, as well as cotton wool and batting for the furniture and shoe industry. The paper considers issues related to the development of technology for the use of spinning production waste in the production of cotton yarn on the example of JSC «Makta».
