As estratégias que as empresas têm adotado para promover inovações tecnológicas de produtos e serviços vêm mudando significativamente nos últimos anos. Um dos elementos de notável evolução diz respeito à maneira como as empresas conduzem a etapa de pesquisa e desenvolvimento (P&D) de novos produtos, serviços, processos e modelos de negócios. Diante dessa problemática, o presente artigo busca identificar práticas de inovação colaborativa no desenvolvimento de novos produtos. Para melhor compreender a mudança nos processos de inovação, elegeu-se como campo empírico um caso da indústria automotiva. Abstract The strategies adopted by companies seeking to foster technological innovations in products and services have been changing significantly in the last years. One of the elements of notable evolution is related with the way companies conduct the research & development (R&D) of new products, services, processes and business models. The present article aimed to identify practices of collaborative innovation that have been used in the development of new products and elected a case from the automotive industry as its empirical field. Even though this industry has experienced the development of R&D together with its suppliers, co-creating value with end-users is new. The unity of analysis was the development project of Fiat Mio -Fiat Concept Car III (FCCIII) and the results showed that, during the FCCIII's development process, different practices of collaborative innovation were adopted, which provided the focal organization with access to a different pool of knowledge, external to its boundaries. This paper sought to evaluate the infrastructure of public swimming pools in a countryside municipality of the state of São Paulo and to present the Geographic Information System (GIS) as a tool capable of assisting in the management of sports facilities and programs. Methods: This is a descriptive study since it intends to expose the characteristics of a certain context. First, documentary research was performed to map the facilities and their respective projects. After that, a field survey was conducted seeking to evaluate the infrastructure of public pools and their surroundings through observation. Lastly, using georeferencing software, the population, and socioeconomic data around these pools were obtained and analyzed. Results: It was identified ten public swimming pools, and in seven the offer of swimming projects was foreseen. The infrastructure of the pools is mainly unsatisfactory, making necessary the improvement of the installation itself and in its surroundings. According to the results of the GIS, each pool has its specific public target concerning the characteristics of the profile of the residents surrounding these facilities. Conclusion:Information regarding the public profile around sports facilities generated from a tool such as GIS showed it is possible to determine which sports projects should be prioritized in each facility, leading to improvement in the management of sports-related public policies.

Good sports policies should minimally take into account facilities for the sport practice, support of sport organizations and pedagogical programs in keeping with the target audience. This study aimed to analyze the development of swimming in a city in the State of São Paulo, considering the sport policies, sport facilities and pedagogical programs for the practice of this sport. The methodology made use of documentary research, geospatial analysis and semi-structured interviews. The results point mainly to the need to know the profile and expectations of the public to propose policies that are more appropriate and effective.

O estudo objetivou apresentar as condições que envolvem a promoção da natação no município de Limeira/SP, considerando as políticas públicas implementadas, as instalações disponíveis para a prática da modalidade, o apoio de organizações esportivas e ainda os programas oferecidos. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, utilizando da pesquisa documental quanto seus meios. Os resultados apontam que o município analisado apresenta potencial para o desenvolvimento da natação, visto que dispõe de um elevado número de piscinas públicas e possui apoio de organizações esportivas para a oferta e execução de projetos para a prática da modalidade. Aliando tais potencialidades a um maior conhecimento do público-alvo, certamente a promoção da natação no município apresentará bons resultados.
