Outcome based education is the basis of thinking for the Industrial Engineering Department Program, Al-Azhar University, Indonesia in formulating graduate profiles. Determination of the graduate profile is an important education program so that this study program tries to accommodate the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program as an alternative learning media that is beneficial for students. This study aims to identify students' knowledge of the implementation of the MBKM program. This study uses an analytical network process approach to rank 5 questions that are the focus of students' attention in implementing the MBKM program. In addition, a descriptive analysis was also conducted on the survey results based on the five priority survey questions. In general, based on the survey, it can be said that the MBKM program has its own charm for students to develop their competencies, skills, and soft skills as a provision for future graduates. In addition, students think that the MBKM program has significant benefits in improving students' abilities. This research is still limited in processing the questionnaire manually. Future research can be continued to carry out data mining on the results of an in-depth student survey. This research has the opportunity to be developed in terms of situational analysis of the MBKM program through the Soft system methodology (SSM) approach. The situational analysis carried out will produce activities that can be carried out for continuous improvement.

Keywords – Analytical network process, Decision analysis, Industrial engineering department, Outcome based education, Survey

Every company always try to fulfill their customers’ demand in order to gain maximum profit with minimum cost. To achieve that, company needs to pay attention to all aspects of the industry from upstream to downstream and create an integrated system so all processes can run effectively and efficiently. One important aspect that needs to be considered closely is production time. Company have to ensure that the production activity can be done within the time target so customers can get the right product in the right time. In the production floor, the balance of production lines is effecting the efficiency of production process. This research measures the efficiency of a manufacturing process in a generator company (DPG Inc.) based on its production time. Then, line balancing is applied to the generator manufacture line using RPW, J-Wagon, and LCR method to know the comparison of efficiency before and after line balancing applied. Based on the line efficiency, smoothness index and balance delay obtained, the best line balancing method to use in the generator manufacture line is LCR. The result is the generator manufacture line is more efficient after line balancing applied, especially using LCR method.

Distribution is one of crucial activities for a company because it will benefit the company from the sales of its distributed products. One way to facilitate distribution is determining an optimal route. Determining an optimal route is an important issue to solve since it can affect vehicle operating cost and time. Moreover, it is required to obtain an efficient route. This research deals with the optimization of distribution route of a garment SME located in Pandeglang, namely Forboys (FBS), who produces children’s clothing. This research attempts to seek which route is best for distributing semi-finished goods from FBS Warehouse to each CMT in Pandeglang, so as to minimize the cost incurred. In order to distribute semi-finished goods quickly, an efficient distribution route from FBS Warehouse to each CMT is required. This research is conducted uses Genetic Algorithm method. Genetic algorithm which is reliable in producing optimal output that can be used to solve the most appropriate for this type of problem. Based on the results of the research, the optimum route is found to be the one starting the delivery from FBS Warehouse - CMT 3 - CMT 2 - CMT 1 and back to FBS Warehouse, with a total distance of 205.5 km and the cost incurred for each distribution of IDR 386,500.
