The emergence of pathogens is conferring resistance to last-resort therapies such as tigecycline, colistin, and carbapenems, limiting the therapeutic options, and raising concerns about the emergence of new “superbugs.” This study reports the first incident of a blaNDM–5 and tet(X4) co-harboring Escherichia coli with resistance to carbapenem and tigecycline recovered as the causative agent of a urinary tract infection in a 94-year-old patient. The E. coli strain ECCL209 carries multiple resistance genes [i.e., blaTEM–1B, blaNDM–5, blaCMY–2, aadA22, florR, erm(B), mph(A), erm(42), lnuG, qnrS1, and sul2] and exhibits resistance to almost all clinically used antibiotics. MLST analysis found that the strain belongs to ST648, considered a worldwide high-risk pandemic clone. Moreover, multiple plasmid incompatibility types were detected, i.e., IncHI1A, IncHI1B, IncFII, IncFIA, IncFIB, IncQ1, Col, and IncX4. Genetic analysis revealed that blaNDM–5 and tet(X4) genes were localized on two hybrid plasmids with multiple replicons. Continuous monitoring studies are suggested to quantify the antimicrobial resistance and assess the dissemination of such superbugs into a human healthcare setting.
Pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi pengujian reliabilitas, CFA, teknik Kolmogrov-Smirnov Goodness of Fit Test, hingga pengujian keseluruhan model.Kata kunci: UTAUT, D&M IS Success Model, HOT-Fit, SEM
The rapid development of technology and with the disruptive technology make multimedia developers continuously innovate in making specific information products. Internet as a source of information can be used as a reference to seek various information such as information about custom clothing from around the world. In addition to sources from the internet, many available information about custom clothing for example in print. The use of both media is found a variety of problems that Internet users must search for one by one information and readers should find information custom clothing one by one following details and explanations. The problem is solved by creating a digital encyclopedia about custom clothing in digital form based on multimedia technology using mobile application with Android operating system. The method for multimedia software engineering uses Luther method with its stages of concept, design, collecting material, assembly, testing, and distribution. The end result of this research in the form of multimedia products encyclopedia custom clothing in the form of android applications. Product test results have been passed using functionality testing and all functions can run well and in accordance with the concept. From the results of the survey on beta test results obtained 83% which states that the application is feasible to use.
Capital markets have become increasingly important in driving a country’s economy. The capital markets could perform their role effectively if there is available information for investors. Along with the evolution of information technology, information dissemination by companies could be done more efficiently and promptly manner, for example using corporate websites. However, information dissemination through corporate websites (web disclosure) has not been fully utilized by companies, especially Indonesian companies. Therefore, this research analyzed the factors influencing web disclosure by manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The hypothesis testing was conducted with Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling on 54 Indonesian manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis found that company size and corporate governance mechanisms have a positive relationship, and leverage has a negative relationship with web disclosure. The results have also found no relationship between culture and profitability with web disclosure.
