Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen kurikulum di SD 16 Bilah Barat. Fokus penelitian ini membahas tentang perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kurikulum di sekolah dasar tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif. Pemerolehan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, dilakukan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan sebagai upaya analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kurikulum yang diterapkan di SD 16 Bilat Barat ialah kurikulum 2013 (mulai dari kelas I sampai dengan kelas VI). selanjutnya dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum di SD 16 Bilah Barat lebih memprioritaskan aspek praktik daripada sekadar teori, serta siswa dituntut aktif selama proses pembelajaran.
This study aims to describe the implementation of learning management in SD IT Ad-Durrah Medan. This is done to analyze learning management as an effort to improve student achievement, both from aspects of planning, implementation, supervision, evaluation, to reporting. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Observations were made at SD IT Ad-Durrah Medan from March to June 2022. The research subjects included teachers (homeroom teachers from grades 1-4 of SD), principals, vice principals and students. The validity of the data that has been obtained through interviews, observation and documentation was tested using data and source triangulation techniques. The results of this study conclude that (1) learning planning includes curriculum preparation, annual programs, semester programs, minimum completeness criteria (KKM), study time management, lesson plans, educational calendars and student quality improvement programs; (2) the implementation of learning includes preparation activities (perception), core activities (exploration, refinement and confirmation), and termination activities; (3) learning supervision includes internal supervision from the school principal on the process of providing education and improving the school's human resources (HR); and (4) learning evaluation includes pre-test, daily test, mid-semester exam (UTS) and final semester exam (UAS). Learning reports by teachers are documented in student report cards as a description of student learning outcomes.
This study aims to analyze SWOT in quality improvement planning at the integrated Islamic elementary school Ad-Durrah Medan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Data collection was carried out systematically, starting from observations, interviews with informants, and document studies. Data analysis uses reduction techniques (data sorting), data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Finally, the validity of the study was tested through the persistence of observations and triangulation of data. The results of this study concluded that the quality improvement plan at SDIT Ad-Durrah Medan was well implemented, including the tahfiz al-Qur'an program, strengthening character education, adding extracurricular activities, and strengthening Islamic personal development programs. This is characterized by 4 aspects, namely (1) strengths, including strategic school locations, adequate learning facilities, competent school human resources, conducive and beautiful school climate, and assessment standards that involve (coordination) with parents/guardians of students; (2) weakness, in the form of an unaccredited school; (3) opportunities, including; potential (talents) of students, support from parents/guardians, academic and non-academic achievements of students at the city and provincial levels, as well as harmonious relations between the school and the surrounding community; (4) threats, critical attitude of students' guardians towards children's development, so that teachers must be wiser in leading learning, making decisions and giving exemplary attitudes.
This study was conducted to determine the ANBK system in improving the quality of internal education of MAS Insan Kesuma Madani madrasah. From this objective, it can be seen that the ANBK system in the Madrasah improves the quality of internal education. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the stages of the Miles and Huberman model such as: (1) collecting data, (2) reducing data, (3) presenting data, (4) drawing conclusions. The main problem in this research is that there are still some obstacles in implementing ANBK in the madrasa. The findings and conclusions of the study show that first, madrasas have several obstacles in operating hardware such as operating servers, labtops and software. second, madrasas have encountered difficulties in socializing to students to operate the labtop during the covid 19 pandemic. Third, the difficulty of networking in madrasas because they are located in remote areas has an impact on comfort in implementing ANBK. Keywords : ANBK System, Internal Education Quality
Learning and all educational activities in madrasas are strongly influenced by the organizational culture of communication adopted by the principal of the madrasa. This study aims to describe the culture of organizational communication at MI Kesuma LKMD Namorambe. To systematically parse the topic of this research, the researchers used a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. The research informants totaled 5 teachers who worked at MI Kesuma LKMD Namorambe, then the data collection used in the application of this research included in-depth interviews, participant observation, focus group discussions, and document analysis. The results of this study concluded that the culture of organizational communication that implements MI Kesuma LKMD Namorambe in carrying out operational activities and implementing work, is practiced by teachers with the concept of having a relationship in the form of forming teacher communication during the process of carrying out work at MI Kesuma LKMD Namorambe. This is based on the indicators applied in this study. so that with this in mind, the researcher provides advice to MI Kesuma LKMD Namorambe regarding the organizational communication culture that is applied to schools which is classified as good (effective), so that it must always be maintained by school residents through providing a good example from the head of the madrasa to existing teachers, so that later teachers who work at MI Kesuma LKMD Namorambe also have a high level of loyalty.
