Increased demand for a desired product results from the industrial world's expanding economy. Companies, as one of players in the industrial sector, are necessary to maintain products in the market and continue to innovate in strategies and good sectoral integration. We wanted to know how Supply Chain Management (SCM) affected the performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). We had 320 SME owners who were selected by simple random sampling method as our respondents. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS by evaluating the measurement and the structural model. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using SEM-PLS, information sharing positively and significantly affects company performance, the long-term relationship neither significantly nor positively affects company performance, cooperation neither significantly nor positively affects, and integration neither significantly nor positively affects company performance.
