Aus Acetyl‐thiophen (I) werden durch Meerwein‐Reaktion die Aryl‐acetyl‐thiophene (III) hergestellt, die durch Oximierung zu (IV) und anschließende Alkylierung in die Oximether (VI) übergeführt werden.

Die Sulfonsäurehydrazide (I) werden mit den Furanaldehyden (II) zu Sulfonylhydrazonen (III) umgesetzt.
