The technical viewpoint recognises the critical role of information and communication technology as a driving force in our time. The importance of public policy management in the environment of public service institutions and regional commands is investigated from the standpoint of public administration and the use of social media. Academics need to map out ideas about how social media and government interact. This research aims to see the important themes or issues raised by scholars in social media and their government articles. What are the comprehensive factors that influence the use of social media in government circles? The research method used was a literature review on social media and government by reviewing journal articles on social media and government published in Scopus as data-based and processed using the NVivo 12 Plus analysis tool. The results of this study reveal five significant problems between social media and the government. These problems include digital difficulties, policies, information, communication, and politics. This research also gave birth to social media and government, which must take the form of digital activism; secondly, access to information disseminated by the government through social media; and third, administrative communication, which looks at how ideas are offered via social media to the government. Fourth, to achieve social media and government goals, it is necessary to demonstrate ethical and political behaviour, formulate policies following those goals, and then evaluate those policies through the implementation of rules or laws.
The Bengkulu City, The Tourism and Culture Office is a government entity with the jurisdiction and obligation to administer and manage the tourist and cultural sector to assist regional revenue. The Department of Tourism and Culture is responsible for creating new tourist attractions, which must be maintained. This study aims to analyze and determine the performance of the Tourism Office in developing Laguna Beach Tourism Objects in Bengkulu Province, using four tourism development components: Promotion Tours, Information Services, and Accessibility. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out with social media data and news media, which are then captured through the Nvivo 12 Plus feature to capture news mass media content with the keywords Laguna Beach, Twitter social media, and Instagram social media Laguna Beach tourism office related to Tourism Branding Lagoon Beach. The results of the study show tourism development in Laguna Beach. The strategy implemented by the government, such as tourism promotion, is a good step in increasing tourism; as we know, in promoting a tourist spot with social media and mass media, the impact is very effective, as well as for quality and Content-based and international-standard content-based tourism HR professionals need to be further improved so that they can compete with other tourist destinations throughout Indonesia
The government has been promoting West Nusa Tenggara tourism through social media in recent years; the West Nusa Tenggara Tourism Office has mobilized the halal tourism sector in West Nusa Tenggara to immediately recover as a result of the impact of COVID-19. West Nusa Tenggara Halal Tourism is suffering greatly during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the recovery of halal tourism after the Covid-19 pandemic through Twitter media in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). The research used in this research is Q-DAS (Qualitative Data Analysis). The software is Nvivo 12 Plus plus the stages of analyzing data capture, importing data encoding data, classifying data, and displaying data. The results of this study show the government's efforts to restore tourism through social media Twitter.
