Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh audit forensik dan kompetensi auditor terhadap pencegahan fraud dengan kecerdasan emosional sebagai variabel moderating. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh auditor yang bekerja dikantor Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Perwakilan Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa audit forensik berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan kompetensi auditor tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pencegahan fraud. Analisis variabel moderating dengan metode nilai selisih mutlak menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hubungan antara audit forensik dan pencegahan fraud, namun berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hubungan antara kompetensi auditor dan pencegahan fraud.Kata Kunci: Audit Forensik, Kompetensi Auditor, Pencegahan Fraud, Kecerdasan Emosional

BAZNAS ss an official institution and given the authority in the management of zakat in Indonesia, then in order to accountability the management of zakat needs to be based on a variety of regulatory and operational strengthening. Organization Manager Zakat is the organization that manages the funds of the community i.e. the funds to charity. OPZ has the role of intermediation zakat fund convened to the community i.e. muszaki and transmitted and harnessed to the community mustahik. For a regulation related to the management of zakat be very important. This research is qualitative one, with descriptive design. While, data taking was done by observations and deeply interviews. This study used qualitative research method where the data were collected by observation and in-depth interviews. The data collection was done in natural settings. Primary data were collected through participant observation towards staff who received allowances, in-depth interviews and documentation (audio recording). Respondents in this study consist of four informants. Important findings in this research are: (1) Transparent on BAZNAS marked information in a timely, adequate, accessible, business objectives, strategies, financial condition, the company arrangement and compensation of Executive Board, the controlling shareholder, internal control and supervision system, the principle of openness and policy writing and proportionate. (2) Accountability at BAZNAS marked the details of duties and responsibility of the organ and all employees clear, aligned with the vision, mission, values and strategy BAZNAS. employees were able to on duty, responsibility, and its role in the implementation of GCG Principles, tasks and authority, ethical behaviour and employee agreed. (3) Responsibility on BAZNAS in mark awareness of responsible offices attached, awareness of the existence of social responsibility and working in a professional manner and uphold ethics and code of conduct of the organization.(4) Independence at BAZNAS in mark awareness being the responsibility of the appropriate Office attached to, awareness of social responsibility and professional ethics, and code of ethics of the Organization and maintaining a healthy work environment and is conducive and (5) Fairness in BAZNAS in the mark system of payment of Zakah are easy and simple on-line through the medium, the amount of the payment of zakat muzakki is equal to the amount agreed upon in advance and accept criticism and suggestions from other parties.

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui apakah perlakuan PSAK 112 tentang  pelaporan akuntansi wakaf pada Badan Wakaf Indonesia Kota Batam apakah telah sesuai dengan PSAK 112 atau sebaliknya dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif komparatif yaitu dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan keadaan objek penelitian lalu dibandingkan dengan standar yang ada pada saat itu, denga teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian penulis menyimpulkan bahwa perlakuan akuntansi wakaf pada pelaporan aset wakaf di Badan Wakaf Indonesia Kota Batam belum sesuai seutuhnya dengan PSAK 112.Secara konseptual beberapa point telah sesuai dan dilakukan namun karena belum terdapat aset wakaf yang sesuai dengan beberapa kriteria khusus menjadikan PSAK 112 belum diterapkan.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the basic values that make up a zakat management organization. Then compare it to the basic values of other forms of organization (private sector, public sector and Non-Public Organizatio sector). The method used with a critical perspective approach. Through this approach, a critical analysis of the profile of the organizational entity of the current zakat managers and then each entity profile is reconstructed based on governance and organizational theories. Reconstruction stage starts by reconstructing zakat management organization as zakat management organization as business entity, organization of zalcat management as public sector entity then organization of zakat management as sector of non public organization.The result of the study shows that the basic value of zakat management organization is very different from 3 (three) other sectors. Therefore the organizational form of zakat management is not part of the three, it is the fourth sector organization, the zakat organization.

This study was aimed to identify the factors of new college students’ perception in choosing an accounting study program in Batam and strategies to develop an accounting study program on increasing the number of incoming new students in Batam. This study was conducted by using descriptive qualitative methods and data collection techniques were done through structured interviews with informants from undergraduate students or equivalent in the first, third, fifth, and seventh semester of the accounting study program in Batam. The main research informants were 34 students of the accounting study program, both of Riau Islands University and Batam State Polytechnic. The results showed that seven main factors in the decision to choose an accounting study program in Batam, namely (1) transportation accessibility; (2) accreditation of study programs; (3) employment; (4) competency program; (5) supporting services and facilities; (6) lecturer education level; (7) tuition fees. The finding of new factors in the decision to choose an accounting study program, namely the educational background of high school/vocational school, social science or accounting.
