This study was aimed at enhancing the forehead dropshot capability by utilizing exercise variations for athletes whose age ranged from 8-12 years old at PB. Brawijaya JR, Malang City. The method utilized by the researcher was Sports Action Research (PTO). The subjects of this study comprised athletes from PB Brawijaya JR. The instruments employed by the researcher encompassed observations, interviews, and game tests. The data analysis technique was descriptive method using percentage which assisted the researcher in processing qualitative and quantitative data. The results of the study conducted through cycle 1 and cycle 2 demonstrated that the completeness attained in cycle 1 comprised 56.35 percent, and the completeness obtained in cycle 2 comprised 84.52 percent. To sum up, the forehand dropshot technique utilized for athletes whose age ranges from 8-12 years at PB Brawijaya JR can be enhanced by applying the exercise variations. Abstrak: Tujuan dari diadakannya penelitian ini ialah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pukulan forehand dropshot dengan mengaplikasikan variasi latihan pada atlet yang usianya berkisar 8-12 tahun di klub PB.Brawijaya JR Kota Malang. Peneliti menerapkan metode Penelitian Tindakan Olahraga (PTO). Subjek yang diteliti adalah atlet PB Brawijaya JR. Instrumen yang peneliti gunakan di antaranya ialah obsevasi, wawancara, dan tes permainan. Teknik analisis data yang diaplikasikan ialah deskriptif persentase yang membantu peneliti dalam pengolahan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang sudah dijalankan melalui siklus 1 dan 2 mengindikasikan bahwa pada siklus 1 ketuntasan diperoleh 56,35 persen dan pada siklus 2 diperoleh ketuntasan 84,52 persen. Kesimpulannya, teknik pukulan forehand dropshot pada atlet 8-12 tahun di PB Brawijaya JR dapat ditingkatkan dengan mengaplikasikan variasi latihan.
