Cracks that occur in rigid pavements include longitudinal cracks, transverse cracks, and corner cracks. The relatively large crack width not only spoils the aesthetics of the concrete structural elements but can also lead to structural failure. This study aims to determine the crack width of a rigid pavement concrete slab located above the subgrade which is considered a beam on an elastic foundation, so that a minimum rigid pavement concrete slab thickness can be recommended. The specimen will be observed at various thicknesses to obtain the optimum thickness. The load used is a centralized monotonous load, which represents the load of the truck vehicle. The research limitation is using a test object in the form of a concrete plate measuring 2000x600 mm which is placed on the ground with CBR=6 %. The quality of reinforced concrete slabs is fc'=40 MPa and fy=440.31 MPa. The thickness of the concrete slab varies between 100 mm, 150 mm, and 200 mm. The slab placed on the ground is then given a central loading in the form of a centralized monotonic load. The loading range starts from a load of 2–180 kN with a load interval of 2 kN. The experimental results show that the rigid pavement slab has a bending failure so that the crack pattern that occurs begins with the first crack on the underside of the slab. The crack pattern in terms of slab thickness variation has a similar pattern. The initial crack width on the slab is 0.04 mm. The thicker the slab smaller the crack width at the same load. Based on the maximum allowable crack width=0.3 mm. For loads between (80–100) kN (Road Class I, II, and III), a minimum thickness of rigid pavement slabs (70–80) mm is recommended. For loads between (130–140) kN, the minimum thickness of the rigid pavement slab (105–115) mm is recommended
Abstrak. Motif batik malangan mempunyai makna luhur bagi penggunanya sehingga banyak dimininati oleh masyarakat luas sehingga membuka potensi peluang usaha bagi warga Malang. Potensi dan peluang bisnis pengrajin batik Malangan ini sangat prospektif, namun proses pembuatan dan pemasarannya belum optimal. Pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini berfokus pada kelompok Pengrajin Industri Rumah Tangga (IRT) “Batik Asli Malangan” dan Pengrajin IRT “Batik Tradisional Sido Mukti”. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk dapat meningkatkan jumlah produksi secara efisien dengan mentransformasi teknologi. Penambahan canting dan kompor elektrik dari pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini menjadi salah satu upaya untuk menambah jumlah produksi secara efisien dengan mentransformasi teknologi tersebut. Dalam rangka peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengusaha Batik Malangan Konvensional di Kelurahan Merjosari Malang dalam hal pembukuan, pemasaran hasil usaha dan pewarnaan batik diadakan pula pelatihan pembukuan, pemasaran hasil usaha dan pewarnaan batik. Pelatihan dilaksanakan disalah satu rumah warga Kelompok Batik Malangan Konvensional di Kelurahan Merjosari Malang dengan jumlah peserta 30 orang pelaku usaha.Kata Kunci: Program Kemitraan Masyarakat, Industri Rumah Tangga, Batik MalangAbstract. Perkembangan dalam dunia konstruksi beton sangat pesat sehingga para produsen berlomba-lomba menciptakan teknologi baru dalam bidang material konstruksi. Salah satunya silica fume yang merupakan produk yang dapat mempengaruhi sifat kimia dan sifat mekanis beton sehingga dapat meningkatkan kekuatan beton. Silica fume biasanya digunakan pada pembuatan beton mutu tinggi. Sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan pekerjaan beton di area dermaga. Pada proyek Lamongan Oil Tank Terminal (LOTT), area dermaga menggunakan beton mutu tinggi yaitu K-430 serta mempunyai durabilitas campuran akibat pengaruh cuaca dan air. Maksud penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komposisi campuran beton dengan penggunaan silica fume dengan merek yang berbeda, yaitu merek Sika Fume dan Consol Fume dengan variasi 7% dan 8%. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan sika fume dan consol fume dengan tambahan admixture Type D dan Type F menghasilkan waktu pengerasan beton yang lebih lama dan menjaga workabilitas saat beton ready mix sampai ke lokasi pekerjaan masih terjaga kelecakannya. Kuat tekan beton optimal didapat pada penambahan variasi 8% pada campuran Sika Fume yaitu 592 Kg/cm². Sedangkan untuk campuran Consol Fume yaitu 570 Kg/cm². Kuat tekan beton optimal pada penambahan variasi 7% pada campuran Sika Fume yaitu 509 Kg/cm². Sedangkan untuk campuran Consol Fume yaitu 503 Kg/cm². Untuk beton normal didapat 473 Kg/cm².
