This study is a descriptive cross-sectional study to evaluate the opinions of quality directors, quality unit employees and clinical quality officers of hospitals serving in Sivas city center on Quality Indicator Management. The universe of the research consists of quality directors, quality unit employees and clinical quality officers who work in the relevant hospitals between 1 July 2020 and 1 December 2020 and voluntarily accepted to participate in the research. "Personal Information Form" and a five-point Likert-type "Quality Indicator Management Scale" (QIS) consisting of six dimensions and 37 items were used as data collection tool in the research. Evaluation of the data was made in SPSS 22 program, Kruskal Wallis analysis, Mann Whitney-U analysis, t-Test analyzes for Independent Groups were applied. The error level was taken as 0.05. According to the findings obtained from the research, it was determined that 61% of the participants did not receive quality training, 8% had a quality auditor certificate and 4% had an accreditation auditor certificate. Women's CIQ scores are significantly higher than men's. It was determined that there was a significant difference between the participants' CIQ scores according to the hospital they worked at. It was determined that the participants working at a private hospital had a significantly higher BMI score.
