Este trabalho tem como objetivo propor um método estruturado para a implantação da filosofia Lean nos processos de movimentação e armazenagem no Laboratório de Movimentação e Armazenagem inaugurado em uma Instituição de Ensino Superior do Estado da Bahia. O método proposto contempla uma etapa de diagnóstico preliminar, com três dimensões a saber: análise do ambiente quanto aos aspectos de tecnologia, ferramentas e conceitos aplicáveis e ainda, o aspecto comportamental de colaboradores. A partir deste diagnóstico, foi proposto a melhor sequência de etapas para a implantação do Lean Warehouse. As etapas propostas, através da metodologia, denotam sua importância à medida que servem como fundamento tecnológico para orientar as diversas empresas em como otimizar o desempenho das suas operações e reduzir significativamente desperdícios na área de movimentação e armazenagem de materiais.
This article proposes an approach based on Industry 4.0 technologies for building smart-warehouses aiming to improve the performance of this logistic system operation. A general and scalable logical warehouse architecture was developed to increase the traceability, reliability, and agility of intralogistics activities. When modeling and simulating the proposal presented to build a testbed, potential gains were observed such as structuring and well-organized operations, orchestration of technological resources to improve logistical performance, reduction of human intervention in the process, increased productivity, and proof of operation errors.

O presente artigo apresenta a importância dos modelos matemáticos de gestão ambiental como mecanismo de mitigação de emissões antrópicas. O trabalho justifica-se pela importância em apresentar os modelos matemáticos de gestão ambiental como mecanismo de mitigação de emissões antrópicas. Os estudos foram fundamentados em ideias e pressupostos de teóricos que apresentam significativa importância na definição e construção dos conceitos discutidos nesta análise: convenções mundiais que abordam o tema de gestão ambiental. Para tal, realizou-se uma revisão na literatura. Por fim, o problema apresentado nessa pesquisa consistiu em vincular os pactos de gestão ambiental aos modelos matemáticos, pois na literatura os assuntos são abordados de forma separada.
This article describes the worth of renegotiations and disallowances by the Health Board of the Brazilian Army for high-cost procedures in 2021 from all military regions. Its principal objective is to describe the economy resulting from the values renegotiated and/or disallowanced by the Board. The specific purposes are to describe the renegotiated and/or disallowanced values distinguished from each military region, to mention the primary medical specialties, and list the main reasons for renegotiations or disallowances, suggesting measures to outcome the Brazilian Army’s health audit services. It is a retrospective, descriptive, qualitative, and quantitative study. In the results, the 11th, 7th, and 2nd Regions stand out with the highest total values in the authorizations, renegotiations, and denials of 2021. Cardiointervention and Neurosurgery/Neurointervention were the areas with the most significant prominence in values, followed by Orthopedics, Oncology, Urology, and home care. We suggested measures to improve the performance of the Brazilian Army’s health audits teams, such as training and continuous education; elaboration and regular updating of the Standard Operating Procedures in audit processes; the exclusive dedication of audit team members, avoiding functional deviations; construction and updating of local market value indicators for orthoses, prostheses, and special materials; use and regular updating of the Brazilian Army’s assistance protocols; closer communication between the Board of Health, Military Regions and Military Health Organizations. This article explored the theme; however, further research must deepen and corroborate our study.
