Objetiva-se identifi car o conhecimento do enfermeiro da Atenção Básica quanto à prevenção do câncer de colo deútero, descrever a percepção do enfermeiro quanto à prevenção deste câncer, e identifi car as atividades de prevençãorealizadas pela Atenção Básica de Saúde.Constitui-se uma pesquisa de natureza exploratória com abordagemqualitativa, com 15 enfermeiras atuantes nas unidades de Atenção Primária da cidade de Valença, Rio de Janeiro,durante outubro de 2014, com entrevistas estruturadas com os profi ssionais. Foram discutidas cinco categoriassobre prevenção, educação em saúde, coleta do exame citopatológico, vacina contra HPV e ações do planejamentoda prevenção do câncer de colo de útero. Conclui-se que as enfermeiras das unidades de atenção primária possuemcerto conhecimento sobre as medidas de prevenção preconizadas pelo Ministério da Saúde, e algumas destas sãorealizadas nas unidades, porém com determinadas fragilidades do sistema.Palavras-chave: Atenção Básica; Neoplasia do Colo do Útero; Prevenção de Doenças; Enfermagem.
This study aimed to analyze the reasons that prevent male adherence to Men's Health Care Programs. To this end, a qualitative study was carried out, carried out in a Teaching Hospital with 30 men who sought the Adult Emergency Service, received and answered a semi-structured questionnaire in August 2018, the data obtained were transcribed to a electronic bank and received statistical analysis and data description. In view of the analysis, it was possible to discuss that the reason for the impediment was work, and the most frequent suggestions were to open on weekends; appointments after business hours; and more doctors for care. Given the above, it was possible to conclude that it is necessary to adopt strategies to encourage the male population to seek primary health care services through the media and the active search by health agents in Basic Health Units, actions and guidelines can contribute to improving the adhesion of the male population to the programs of the National Policy for Integral Attention to Men's Health.
Objetivo: Identifi car difi culdades enfrentadas pelo paciente renal para a realização do tratamento. Método: Pesquisade caráter qualitativo, do tipo exploratório descritivo. As entrevistas ocorreram no setor de hemodiálise do HUSF noperíodo de Setembro de 2015 por meio de um questionário. Os dados coletados foram armazenados em planilhado Microsoft Excel e analisados através da análise estatística descritiva. Resultados: Dos 50 entrevistados, obtevese como resultado a pouca difi culdade no tratamento, tendo destaque, para o transporte gratuito disponibilizadocomo forma de apoio para a realização do tratamento e alterações da rotina alimentar. Conclusões: É de extremaimportância que o enfermeiro esteja atento às queixas e reações apresentadas pelo paciente, e necessidade doenvolvimento contínuo de uma equipe multiprofi ssional para a garantia de uma assistência de qualidade e livre deriscos.Palavras Chave: Insufi ciência renal crônica; Unidades hospitalares de hemodiálise; Transtornos de adaptação. ABSTRACTObjective: To identify diffi culties faced by kidney patients for the completion of treatment. Method: qualitativeresearch, exploratory and descriptive. The interviews took place in HUSF the hemodialysis unit in September2015 period by means of a questionnaire. It is a Scoping Review protocol on nursing care in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. It aims to formalize the primary study. The protocol defines the paths that will be adopted in the secondary Scoping Review study and was elaborated based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis Protocols (PRISMA-P) and the PRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA -ScR). The review is expected to map the evidence available in the literature on nursing care in HSCT in the hospital environment.
