Congenital contractural arachnodactyly (CCA) is an inherited disorder of connective tissue. The most characteristic features are arachnodactyly, multiple congenital contractures, dolichostenomelia, deformed external ears, kyphoscoliosis and camptodactyly. We report a case of CCA diagnosed at birth.
