The Detroit metropolitan water system offered its customers incentives for managing their peak water usage. As a result, customers changed their behaviors, and communities are making better use of their storage capacity.

AWWA has changed my path in more ways than I can count. I am no longer just an employee of an engineering firm. I have my own professional identity on both the national and local levels.
