As it is known business rely on the customers, which means the profitability of any company change depending on customer demand. Due to that, it is necessary to treat customers as the central factor of the market. In another meaning, Customer satisfaction is very important issue to a company’s business performance. In this regard, the purpose of this project was to determine the Impact of service quality on the customer satisfaction in the online meeting platforms. By means of service quality, we tested the impact of efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, and privacy on the customer satisfaction. Though conducting a survey data was collected. Different nationalities from various universities participated in this study including Kurdish, Turkish, Arabic, Turkmen, Indian, Pakistan, Uzbek, Nigerian and British with having different position such as head of the faculty, instructor, academic staff, head of the department and etc. in Kurdistan region of Iraq. Based on the result fulfillment, privacy issues were affected the customer satisfaction mostly.
The aim of this study was to elucidate the antecedents of purchase intentions of the secondhand market customers. In this regard, the data was collected from Kurdistan region of Iraq to test the impacts of antecedents. Collected data was composed of validity and reliability analysis. Regression analysis was used to test the impacts. Results reveal that price has significant negative impact on the purchase intention while product quality, safety, and serviceability had significant positive impact on the purchase intentions. Lastly, it was observed that oil consumption didn't have a significant impact on the purchase intentions of the customers.
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of several potential factors on the performance of banks in the context of a developing country, Iraq. Profitability is one of the top priorities for banks and other businesses, as they can maintain and sustain their financial position, expand their equity, and improve their solvency and liquidity by achieving appropriate returns; thus, strengthening their ability to handle the risks and obligations they face. The study sample consists of 10 commercial banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange during the period 2009 -2020. The collected panel data were analyzed using Pooled Ordinary Least Square method. Bank performance is measured through the usage of ROA and ROE. The explanatory bank-specific variables are size, liquidity ratio, total loan to total asset, and bank age. The explanatory economic-specific factors are GDP, inflation rate, interest rate, and cash reserve rate. The results show that the considered explanatory variables affect bank performance with different levels of impact.
Leadership and being family member in the organization should have significant positive impact on performance and commitment. In this respect, current study initially aims to study the effect of transformational leadership on affective commitment, and secondly investigates the effect of family membership on their affective commitment in Kurdistan Region of Iraq. To do this, we have collected 345 questionnaires. Results have been evaluated through SPSS software. It has been observed that transformational leadership has positive significant impact on affective commitment, while family membership in the company has negative impact on their affective commitment. Lastly, some recommendations have been demonstrated to the family businesses.
Job autonomy is the respect for employees to choose their own methods of approaching the work demands besides, Innovative culture promotes innovation and innovation creates value for organizations further, job satisfaction is one of the many important concepts that are required to reach high performances by the staff, in this respect, this paper assumes that job autonomy and job satisfaction have positive effects on employee innovative behavior in Kurdistan. To do then we have organized a survey questionnaire and visited various in Sulaymaniyah city in Kurdistan, as a result 191 data has been used and found that true regression analysis that job satisfaction and job autonomy positively related to employees’ innovative behaviors in the region, it is recommended that residential managers should give autonomy to their employees in their responsibilities for the sake of their job satisfaction and performances
