Esta investigación tiene como objetivo describir los modelos gerenciales de las medianas empresas que se aplican en el mercado de Ecuador y Perú, mediante la investigación del proceso de gestión de prácticas empresariales de múltiples variables que ejercen los gerentes por parte del sector ecuatoriano y peruano. Este estudio se desarrolla para atender el hecho de que no se ha demostrado con sustentos científicos, que se han fomentado modelos de gerencia en los dos países. El contenido y desarrollo corresponden a una investigación de tipo empírica, en la que el análisis parte desde las particularidades administrativas de las medianas empresas, llegando a proponer alternativas de modelos gerenciales. El nivel de la investigación es descriptivo, estableciendo un diseño no experimental transeccional; para el análisis estadístico se utiliza como herramienta de investigación una encuesta con diferentes escalas cualitativas. La técnica fue aplicada a 130 medianas empresas entre directivos y gerentes de Ecuador y Perú. Los resultados muestran que: las empresas planifican sus objetivos institucionales; la experiencia de los empleados incrementa la productividad; se utilizan estándares de calidad en la producción; existen espacios de motivación dentro de la empresa; se han implementado proyectos de innovación que permiten tener una ventaja competitiva en el mercado; entre otras características de las medianas empresas de Ecuador y Perú.

Moreover, the design and implementation of the management model of Corporate Social Responsibility in micro, is not only a priority, but a strategic decision of vital importance, seeking economic, social, environmental well-being from the company and to the community.A level micro business in Ecuador CSR is not evident, so it became necessary research to meet the situational state of CSR and from the same generate a model for this group of companies based on the case study company Reyursa SA , representative at the level of the city of Machala, province of El Oro, Ecuador, becoming a sample of what is happening and what you can do for microenterprises in similar conditions, also contributing to the control mechanisms microenterprise to ensure timely and fair payment of wages and profits; generate awareness actions and respect for human rights; promote a culture of respect for nature; develop and implement good social and environmental practices; promote integrated processes and citizen
