Fishing has been for many years a fundamental pillar in the economy of Perú, being a key axis for its development. Fishmeal is an important food in the livestock and aquaculture industry, being of great interest worldwide, this has led to it being the most exported product of marine origin, generating foreign exchange income to the Peruvian economy. The depredation of the sea and the mismanagement of resources have caused a sustainability problem in the sector, generating the need for measures to control it. The Peruvian State, together with institutions in charge of ensuring the proper management of the industry, carry out arduous inspection and control tasks with measures such asclosures, minimum size and fishing gear. However, there are some factors that still need to be analyzed and controlled in order to ensure 100% sustainable fishing, hopefully as soon as possible. For this research, a bibliographic search was carried out based on articles indexed in magazines, news, state legal bases, official information from websites, etc., in addition, a structured interview was carried out with an official of the fishing industry from the south of Peru.
The world is currently facing a digital revolution where all sectors are adapting to industrial digitization. Statistically, the Covid-19 pandemic has generated a notable increase in the number of businesses nationwide, to finally represent 42% of all businesses by 2021. Digitization and adaptation of previously established concepts to establish a brand and generating digital marketing strategies have been changing considerably, the latter makes it essential, for the potential growth of a company, the management of available digital tools, that is why this research sought to cover in a general but detained way the tools that can potentially promote a business today. Said tools were mentioned inno specific order, and their functional aspects and applications were defined, but not their handling, since this will depend on the skill and interest of the user. Finally, this research does not pretend to establish preferences for any tool, they are rather recommendations given by the authors and that in final terms represent the basis for future research.
