Capitation fund services division in Pekanbaru set in regulation of Mayor (Perwako) No. 26 in 2016, yet the satisfaction of the officer. This study aims to find out about the distribution of capitation services in Senapelan Health Center Pekanbaru City in 2018. This research is qualitative descriptive approach. Retrieving data with in-depth interviews and review documents. The study was conducted in January-June 2019. Determination of informants by purposive sampling. The informants were 8 people. Data analysis was done by triangulation techniques and source. The results showed that the health worker of Senapelan already know about the 6 indices in the division of services. Occupational risk index is not in accordance with the needs and circumstances attendant. The division of services in health centers of Senapelan is not according to Perwako with the index of occupational risk and performance achievements. The division of services capitation funds in health center is not in accordance with the provisions of Perwako. Advice to Pekanbaru City Health Department in order to adjust the index to the needs and circumstances of the officer and to the health center Senapelan to socialize and to set the appropriate calculation points in accordance with Perwako provisions.

Pharmaceutical services are growing, not only focusing on drug services but the need to consult with patients and other healthcare professionals by conducting comprehensive pharmaceutical services by pharmacists. Nowadays, the presence of pharmacists is challenging to find during clinical service hours, only a fraction of the practice of pharmacists during clinic opening hours. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The study was conducted at a clinic in Padang city. The informant determination techniques employ the sampling of random and data collection using FGD, in-depth interviews, and observations. The results of this study showed that pharmacists ' duties had not been conducted by their functions as pharmaceutical service information providers so that patients are not informed about the patient's needs and the problems that need to be addressed. Pharmacists can service the patient's drug information and counseling perfectly using the website, even though they are not present at the pharmacy.
Upaya penanganan pencegahan dan pembatasan penularan infeksi di Puskesmas saat pandemi Covid-19 penting dilakukan karena banyaknya kegiatan puskesmas melakukan Tes Swab, kegiatan vaksinasi dan kegiatan pelayanan lainnya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran pengendalian dan pencegahan penyakit infeksi berbasis Kesehatan lingkungan di puskesmas wilayah kerja dinas kesehatan Kabupaten X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian metode campuran dengan penentuan informan penelitian kualitatif secara purposive sampling dan sampel sebanyak 75 responden Hasil penelitian didapatkan, tingkat pengetahuan petugas kesehatan masih kurang dilihat dari input: kebijakan sudah ada berupa SOP, SDM Tim PPI terdiri dari dokter, perawat, dan petugas sanitasi, sarana prasarana sudah tersedia dan dana berasal dari BLUD, dilihat dari proses : pelaksanaan kebersihan tangan, APD, pengelolaan limbah, pengendalian lingkungan sudah terlaksana, dan ada yang belum sesuai dengan peraturan seperti pemilahan limbah yang masih bercampur, pengangkutan limbah yang terlambat dan juga penyimpanan limbah yang belum menggunakan coldstorage, dan dilihat dari output : pengelolaan limbah medis puskesmas sudah terlaksana dan belum sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Kesimpulan pengelolaan limbah medis belum sesuai Permenkes no 27/2017 dan Permen LHK No 56/2015. Diharapkan kedepannya dapat melakukan koordinasi dan kerjasama dengan lintas sektor terkait dalam mengatasi permasalahan limbah medis dan meningkatkan upaya pengendalian dan pencegahan penyakit infeksi berbasis kesehatan lingkungan.
