In order to optimize rolling process of AM50 Mg alloy, numerical simulation method is adopted to find reasonable process parameters. And then, the metallograph was viewed to find the microstructure evolution during hot rolling process. Through numerical simulation it is found that while the heating temperature is 420 and the train less than 0.33 each time. Through 10 times rolling, a 10mm thickness plate was rolled to 0.5mm, and its grain size also decreases to 10μm, which indicates that AM50 Mg alloy can be formed by hot rolling method.
Apple harvest is a heavy labor and time consuming task, and is mainly conducted manually currently. Workers need to grasp the apple body from the branch and then cut the apple stem with clippers. This paper has made effort to realize these operations with an under-actuated manipulator. This manipulator is driven pneumatically and is expected to grasp the apple body and then cut the stem in a designed sequence. A camera is embedded on the manipulator to obtain the eye in hand style. A SCARA robot arm is employed to locate the manipulator to the target apple under the control of master device, which could be operated manually and navigated by the camera image feedback. The displacement of the under-actuated manipulator is simulated to approve the design concept.
Proposed a relay routing method for Radio and TV services, the method through obtaining the nodes time-delay and power information, obtained the value of the system interrupt decisions, and as a decision threshold to select the relay node. While in consideration of link priorities and fairness, designed a relay routing protocol that can dynamically change the route when the network changed. Simulation results show that this protocol can be expanded coverage, reduced communication blind spots, increase system throughput and enhance the quality of service.
This paper presents a relay selection method for radio and television business, this method uses nodes time-delay and power information, obtains the value of network interrupt as decision threshold, then selects the relay node. At same time this paper proposes an optimal relay selection strategy which can minimize the network interrupt probability combination with power distributionMulti-Path Relay Routing Protocol, this protocol can change the appropriate route path according to the dynamic network. Simulation results show that this protocol can extend cells coverage area, reduce time-delay and increase system throughput, improve system spectral efficiency, and enhance Qos of radio and television business.
