The advent of advanced machine learning models such as ChatGPT has led to significant advancements in various fields, including education. The purpose of this article is to explore the impact of ChatGPT in higher education, covering both positive and negative nuances. A critical literature review analysis was conducted, which included references from reliable sources. The methodology used in this article was based on a critical literature review method. The results of the analysis indicate that ChatGPT might have several benefits in education, including improved student engagement, personalized learning experiences, and enhanced teaching practices. However, there are also some negative implications, such as concerns over privacy, academic integrity, and the potential for bias. The article concludes by highlighting the need for further research in this area and providing recommendations for educators and policymakers.
This article reviews and analyses factors impacting the evolution of the internet, the web, and social media channels, charting historic trends and highlight recent technological developments. The review comprised a deep search using electronic journal databases. Articles were chosen according to specific criteria with a group of 34 papers and books selected for complete reading and deep analysis. The 34 elements were analysed and processed using NVIVO 12 Pro, enabling the creation of dimensions and categories, codes and nodes, identifying the most frequent words, cluster analysis of the terms, and creating a word cloud based on each word's frequency. The review presents updated information about technological trends, marketing, and chronological elements regarding the evolution of the internet and social media.
This report outlines and discusses the insights on how to manage shot-term absenteeism within the workplace, as well as point out themes related to human resource management. Additionally, management considerations have been discussed such as “Fit Notes” and “Presenteeism”. As well as, a focus was placed on additional areas of concern within the U.S.A. in the form of bullying and harassment. Finally, was conducted a survey method within a class at the University of Limerick where 100% of the sample are workers. Therefore, the trends and patterns section outlined a Class Survey, methods for measuring absenteeism and triggers associated with the concept.
This article aims to briefly understand and evaluate the main current European provisions for equal pay amongst genders. According to the European statistics compiled in 2012, the average differential in pay between the genders was 16% (in favour of men). In light of this statistic, this article critically analyses the provisions effectiveness at European level for guaranteeing equal pay. This research was carried out through a literature review. This is important to demonstrate, explain, and evaluate the current existent literature about this specific theme covered in this article. Furthermore, the literature review gives accuracy and validation to this research. In conclusion, there is a discussion on the challenges faced by European legislation to reduce unequal wages. The main finding relies on the evidence that women still earn less than men, even working at the same job. However, women had an efficient development over discrimination, offering them women effective legislation, although this factor explains only a little part of the pay gap. Keywords: Equal Pay. Segundo as estatísticas europeias compiladas em 2012, o diferencial médio de remuneração entre os sexos foi de 16% (a favor dos homens). De acordo com este dado, este artigo analisa criticamente a eficácia das disposições em nível europeu para garantir a igualdade de remuneração. Esta pesquisa foi realizada por meio de uma revisão de literatura. Isso é importante para demonstrar, explicar e avaliar a literatura existente sobre esse tema específico abordado neste artigo. Além disso, a revisão de literatura fornece precisão e validação para esta pesquisa. Em conclusão, há uma discussão sobre os desafios enfrentados pela legislação europeia para reduzir a desigualdade salarial. O resultado principal demonstra que as mulheres ainda ganham menos que os homens, mesmo trabalhando no mesmo emprego. No entanto, tiveram um desenvolvimento eficiente para superar a discriminação, oferecendo às mulheres uma legislação eficaz, embora esse fator explique apenas uma pequena parte da desigualdade salarial. Este artigo descreve o desenvolvimento de uma estratégia de marketing para a marca Chiara Ferragni Collection, abordando o objetivo principal de "vender seus produtos dentro do mercado brasileiro". Para entregar um resultado substancial, este estudo oferece ao leitor uma breve descrição da empresa e do produto, referindo-se à indústria em que atua, sua participação de mercado, tendências, vendas e o mercado-alvo. Também, a ideia/conceito do produto destaca os benefícios e valor da marca para os clientes. Além disso, ao longo da estratégia é possível perceber os principais números da análise de mercado, aspectos do mercado-alvo, posicionamento do produto e o marketing mix de maneira geral. Esta pesquisa foi realizada por meio de uma revisão de literatura para apoiar dados e fatos secundários. No entanto, o principal método de pesquisa foi realizado através das técnicas de questionário, pesquisa e análise quantitativa. Isso é importante para demonstrar, explicar, validar e avaliar o principal achado nesta pesquisa. Além disso, a análise dos dados deu precisão e validação a este projeto, pois apresentou muitos números e fatos coletados através do levantamento. Os principais achados mostram uma forte possibilidade de penetração da marca Chiara Ferragni Collection dentro do mercado brasileiro.
