Social institutions are studied by social constructions include religion, family, marriage, gender,"sick" psychological etc. From the perspective of social construction, it can be explained that it is impossiblefor someone to remove the phenomenon occurs in the community, and a process of internalizationmay be able to give an influence to someone.The ability in determining the weight or lightness of the existence of nature of the characteristics andphenomena that exist with the externalization process itself will form an objective reality. In this processone can put himself into the intersubjective world view. Where in the view of a world that can produce aprocess is objectivity on a process of meaningful subjective.
The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the role of social capital, consisted by trust, social norms, social networks, in the paddy rice farmer group in Tawaang Village, Tenga Sub-district, South Minahasa Regency. This research lasted for three months from July to September 2019. The data used in this study were primary data obtained from direct interviews and observations. Interviews were conducted with the help of a questionnaire. The Head of Village and farmer group members represent the community. Total respondents were 12 people who were all members of the group. Secondary data were obtained from the Tawaang Village Office, local bookstores and via the internet. Internet through Google Scholar to get articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to research on the Role of Social Capital in Paddy Farmer Groups. The results showed that the index figure of 81.48% meant that it was classified in the existing category. Thus, the role of social capital was properly realized in the Tunas Harapan Farmer Group in Tawaang Village, Tenga District, South Minahasa Regency in the form of trust, social norms and social networks. Group members lead a high social life both within the group and outside the group, namely to strengthen the kinship, tolerance and efforts so that the farming business that runs well.*eprm*
This research aimed to analyze the role of agricultural sector to analyze in the economy and labor Absorption in Gorontalo Province. This research was conducted over three months and started from June to August 2015 in Gorontalo Province. The data used in this research was secondary data which was obtained from Statistics Central Bureau of Gorontalo Province. The analysis used analysis of Location Quotient (LQ), Multiplier Short Run (MS), elasticity of labor, and Trend Linear by using the PDRB variable and numbers of labor force. The result of this research showed that the role of agricultural sector in the absorption of labor in Gorontalo Province is relatively stable in each year, and reviewed from PDRB terms the agricultural sector including the basis sector. Therefore, it needed continuing research to know factors which influence PDRB except the labor, which can increase PDRB of agricultural sector. Furthermore, the role of agricultural sector in absorption labor in Gorontalo Province is big enough and relatively stable in each year. Reviewed from PDRB aspect and labor aspect, agricultural sector was including the basic sector. Government of Gorontalo Province was expected to give more concern by increasing of investment and improving of human resources in agricultural sector.Key words: Agricultural Sector, Location Quotient, Multiplier Share, Elasticity of Labor, Trend Linear.
This research aims to identify the dynamics of Maesaan Waya Agriculture group which was studied by group dynamics elements namely the purpose of the group, the structure of the group, the building and the developing of the group, the unity of the group and the effectivity of the group. This research was conducted from October 2016 to April 2017 on Maesaan Waya Agriculture group in Manembo Village, South Langowan Subdistrict. The collecting of the data included primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected by direct interview using questionnaire with agriculture group members who were become respondents. The total number of respondents in this research is 20 respondents. The secondary data were collected from research-related literatures. Descriptive analysing was the method in data analyzing. The result of this research shows that the dynamics of Maesaan Waya agriculture group is categorized as dynamic with 80% valuation percentage. This is because the elements of group dynamics in Maesaan Waya agriculture group run well. Even though the elements of group dynamics run well, there was 20% dynamics elements categorized as less-dynamic.
This study aims to study social capital in the survival strategies of poor farmers. The research was conducted for 6 months, from April to October 2020, with the research location in Minahasa Regency. This research was designed descriptively, with a survey method. Sampling was selected purposively on farmers in Minahasa district with 100 farmers as respondents. The data collected in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected directly through in-depth interviews with farmers. The results showed that the stronger the farmer's social capital, the better his survival strategy. On the other hand, the weaker the social capital, the poor farmer's survival strategy was getting worse.
