There is more and more environmental crisis in our beautiful earth and in our country. According to history, human can draw a correct conclusion and selection that is choosing sustainable development way to improve the harmony between human and natural world. This dissertation finds that the public to participate in Environmental Protection to solve the environment problem is capital. The author try to build a model of investment to environmental protect and carry on imitation calculation on the practical case. The model is proved to be feasible.
The toxicity of CuO engineered nanoparticles (ENPs) to chlorella pyrenoidosa was investigated in this study. CuO ENPs inhibited the growth of algal cells significantly, while the Cu ion and CuO bulk particles (BPs) showed lower toxicity than ENPs. The black dots observed in cells using Transmission electron microscopic (TEM) were determined as copper compound by EDS analysis. Cu content in algal cells measured confirmed the Cu internalized.

This paper expounds the subject, mechanism, level and method of public participation and environment protection, and then realizes the maximization of economic and social benefits of environmental protection.
To assess the effect of environmental vibration induced by metro transit, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was conducted. First, a three dimension bridge-soil-building FE model was established using the parameters from a practical engineering, and the time-history loads were utilized to analyze the vibration in the nearby buildings. Second,a questionnaire survey was conducted based on which the human body comfort effect factor and its weight were determined. Last, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was conducted combined with the results of the FE analysis and the questionnaire. The evaluation results show a high consistence with the fact, indicating that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a effective method to evaluate the effect of environmental vibration to the human body.
