In the absence of random sea wave disturbance, the roll attitude control has been used in engineering by means of fin stabilizer. This paper proposes a method to design the ship's fin stabilizer roll attitude control system using the H8control theory .The problems are solved that the shi 's fin stabilizer system the characteristics of ship's fin stabilizer control system.At the same time, a new method is proposed to solve the problem that frequency band of system object almost accords with frequency band of random sea wave disturbance.
