Under the assistance of magnetic field, the electron cyclotron resonance effect generates a high density plasma in a large spaceregion This offers an beneficial condition for large area diamond films deposition. By using a mixture of methane (CH4) and hydrogen (H2), a diamond film of 5 cm diameter has been grown on silicon substrate under the pressure about 3 Torr which is considerably lower than the pressure in all other methods recently used. In view of the spacial extent of the plasma, we see that it is possible to further increase the area of deposited diamond film. The growth condition of diamond film in gas phase deposition under the pressure of 0.5 to 50 Torr has been discussed on the basis of analyzing the optical emission spectrum of the plasma.
In this paper the relaxation behavior of resistance, of temperature coefficient of electrical resistance and ofmagnetic Curie temperature on (Fe25Ni75)77Si13 Blo amorphous alloy in a temperature range from 150°C to 40OOC is presented. Haviiig acalyzed the possible relaxation mechanism, we proposed a few kinds of local ordering process in the course of annealing. The development of some local ordering processes and the relation between them are analyzed.
The relative distribution of the metalloid atoms is one of the most important characteristic of the chemical short-range order in the structure of the amorphous alloys consist of metal-metalloid. Basing on this idea, a new criterion of constructing the structural model of this kind of alloys is proposed, and several models are made by a computer with this new criterion, which simulate the structures of amorphous alloy Ni64B36,Fe80B20,Ni81B19 and Co81P19 respectively. All of the partial distribution functions of these models are in agreement with the experiments. These results are also compared with other author's works and discussed.
The model that we have made to simulate the structure of Ni64B36 is taken as the primary configuration. This configuration is then subjected to relaxation under the free boundary, the confined boundary, the periodic boundary and the quasi-dynamical equilibrium boundary through the Morse potential. The energy minimisation method used here is different from that usually taken by other authors in some respects. By comparing and analysing the change of some structure parameters in relaxation, the influence of each kind of boundary on the structure of the model is discussed.
In this work, the dependence of the planar Hall votage and the magnetoresistance on composition, temperature, and the applied magnetic field has been studied. All the measurements were made by the six probe method. From the results, the planar Hall votage and the magnetoresistance are shown to satisfy the phenomenological formula simultaneously: Vy = p0M2sin2θ and △ρ = cM2cos2θ, and we obtain an equation Vy = cρ2M2sin2θ. Morever, the change of the planar Hall votage of Co90Zr10 and Fe70 Co20Zr10 after their crystallization are just opposite, that is, the above-mentioned value of the Co-rich one increases, but that of the later one decreases.
