By means of studying project management body of knowledge and analyzing characteristics of R&D enterprise project management, the differences between R&D enterprise project management and the current construction project management in management content, process and methods are explored, the view that R&D project management process consists of knowledge innovation and knowledge management is emphasized, and then knowledge management in R&D project management is discussed, knowledge management methods in R&D enterprise project are studied, and the view that creating standardized processes and technical documentation templates, establishing knowledge management information system and constructing a knowledge sharing culture are efficient ways to solve knowledge management is put forwarded. Furthermore, in conjunction with the practice of R&D enterprise information system, the view that knowledge management-based project management system is an effective approach is confirmed.
By deploying a systematic review approach, this chapter provides a holistic exploration of AFNs which contributes to further mobilization of locally produced products. This chapter explores the constituents of AFNs by studying food citizenship, sustainability and food democracy, food safety and quality, embeddedness and social capital, the relationship between the level of participation in AFNs and consumers' demographics, consumers' motivations to engage in buy-local activities, vendors' perspective on selling products in farmers' market, and the development of short food supply chains in the Canadian context. Specifically, the social interaction aspect of buying local, for example, engaging with vendors and other consumers, has been cited as a factor that motivates consumers to buy local food products from the farmers' market; however, consumers had to deploy online ordering channels with door delivery option during COVID-19 pandemic to access locally produced products safely. To capture one aspect of the potential impacts of COVID-19 pandemic on AFNs, future research can explore whether social interaction is still an influential factor in consumers decision to buy local, or the importance of the social interaction aspect of buying local will be replaced by the convenience of receiving the fresh, locally produced food products at consumers' doorstep via online ordering process.
This paper studies the historical data (1999-2009) of the real estate investment and development in Xi'an City and the relevant data of the national economy of China. The paper uses the production function (C-D function) for the analysis. It uses double logarithmic form of the linear model and statistical analysis software package Eviews3.1 for the quantitative analysis. The purpose of this research is to study the contribution of the real estate investment in Xi'an City to the regional economical development.
Project managers are in charge of the process of real estate development and play a crucial part in success of the development. Some payment systems based on principalagent theory are adopted in stimulation for project managers in China, such as annuity system and stock option. They can stimulate the project manager for hard working and cut down the developer's agency cost. By applying the game theory approach, this paper establishes a game model of stimulation for a project manager, provides the constraint of individual rationality and the constraint of incentive compatible. Moreover, it analyzed the effects of stimulation for the project manager and draws the conclusions that the cost of risk and total agency cost for the developer are both lower than the case that have no stimulation. Therefore it is essential for developers to stimulate project managers through a proper incentive mechanism. The mechanism is able to stimulate the project manager for hard working and cut down the developer's agency cost.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
