The selective fusions with pyrene derivative to the rim and flank bonds of corannulene generated 4 and 7, respectively, which underwent a Scholl reaction to provide novel distorted PAHs CORA-1 and CORA-2, consisting of corannulene and dibenzocoronene units with different connections between them. The studies revealed that the properties of these PAHs are highly dependent on the fusing positions of corannulene.

C 60 ⊂COPY2-Pd 与 C 70 等物质的量混合或者络合物 C 70 ⊂COPY2-Pd 与 C 60 等物质的量混合于 90 ℃加热 48 h 后, 络合 物 C 60 ⊂COPY2-Pd 与 C 70 ⊂COPY2-Pd 的比例均为 4∶1. 将配体 COPY2 与 Pd(CH 3 CN) 2 Cl 2 加入等物质的量 C 60 和 C 70 混合物中加热平衡后, 络合物 C 60 ⊂COPY2-Pd 与 C 70 ⊂COPY2-Pd 的比例同样为 4∶1. 当 C 60 和 C 70 的比例为 2∶1 时, 体系中只生成络合物 C 60 ⊂COPY2-Pd; 而当 C 60 和 C 70 的比例为 1∶2 时, 平衡后络合物 C 60 ⊂COPY2-Pd 与 C 70 ⊂COPY2-Pd 的比例为 3.3∶1. 这些结果表明, 配体 COPY2 在金属钯存在时对 C 60 络合能力强于 C 70 的络合能力. 加 入 DMAP 能够实现络合物解离, 释放笼内富勒烯并回收 COPY2. 因此, 配体 COPY2 可应用于室温下对 C 60 的富集.
