Several nations around the world have been concentrating on a survey of another energy resources for exhausting fossil fuel which those are concerned for essential resources necessary for manufacturing hi-tech products. In the present time, these hi-tech and aerospace industrial products are being manufactured aggressively focusing on poly-metallic contents such as Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Mo, Li, and etc., which are all contained within the manganese nodules. Today, the highly soaring of gold price is continuously instigating the price of manganese nodules. In order to lift the manganese nodules from the deep seabed, it is necessarily important to steadily check the stable buoyancy state of manganese nodules by following the flow attraction of seawater causing the velocity difference between seawater and nodules. Therefore, it is planned and executed to develop and collect the deep ocean manganese nodules and sooner or later, the actual system will be hopefully operated in deep-sea bed depth for optimized lifting potency of the nodules.
