There are many urban small parks that have various historical contexts in the center of Tokyo. Some parks have reconstructed as parks next to elementary schools after the Great Kanto Earthquake, and some have regenerated on the site where was once a canal. This study aims to evaluate the road network of road and urban parks by analyzing people's migration. Research site is Kyobashi area in Tokyo.The following three points were clarified. First, there are two scales of migration. Second, smaller migration. is influenced mainly by the arrangement of green, and the view to the water. Third, the larger migration is effected by the distortion rate of the grid. The result would be the fundamental viewpoints for revitalizing and redesigning urban open spaces.
